    They ain’t smooth, but I don’t tend to touch it during playing so not an issue for me. Technique-dependent, I guess. Love mine - been gigging it for 10 years.

    To be fair, it looks kinda cool. And the video shows it can look quite nice all cleaned up. My first bass was a ridiculously heavy Kay, and I’d previously written the whole brand off, but these threads have certainly made me think twice (esp. with the paint jobs @Maudehas been giving them!)

    My main DAW at the moment is GarageBand on my phone! Surprising how much I can do on it before exporting to my desktop. Challenging myself to work within the limitations is quite fun.
