  3. Great stuff and glad to see another Ableton user.
  4. I like Amazon. Delivery, customer service are spot on. BUT what I often dont like is their packaging. I ordered a guitar nut last night, it arrived this morning. Is the A4 packaging really necessary?
  5. because they don't impersonate a member of a police force......

  8. +1 orange burst pedal. gives a nice dirty and crunchy sound. Have a bump on me.
  9. No need to eggzagerate. But,this thread turned out to be eggcellent, gives me breakfast ideas. The eggs are slightly off...........the topic
  10. When I used to gig my right hand fingers would barely move every now again. It was like one of those dreams when you can't run when chased.
  11. Well done, I dont think there will be many BC ers entering this month. The number of entries in past months have been poor.
  12. Amazon delivered few items in 16 hours or so from the time I ordered. Not bad.

  14. I've used Focusrite scarlet for three years. it came with free Ableton live lite 9 and other plug ins. I've recently purchased Focusrite scarlet and it came with Ableton live lite 10 free version and more plug ins. It is a basic DAW with 8 tracks. It does the job.
  15. perhaps you could help to choose a picture?
  16. No pressure then, huh? I find that selecting a picture is harder than composing..... Could someone else select it?
  17. Sorry for bragging but do they play fretless or fretted, flat or round. I wondered if Steve Harris is in top 10 @Dad3353 , hence the question 😋
  18. IMHO I don't see point practicing scales. It's not required for my playing style and I'm not a session musician. Happy to play by ear and improvise. I suppose it would improve my electric guitar solos, but this is for another topic.
  19. who are the top 10 bassists and top 9 drummers?
  20. Are they good for metal? @T-Bay
  21. A pair of leopard spandex trousers

  24. I don't mind punk. My first ever band we played punk. Two years back I started recording the songs we composed. Long forgotten songs....
  25. I had a listen and I'm not an expert in recording or playing in a band in any shape or form. But the whole band reminded me of a festival band playing a day gig on a windy day by a beer tent where the sound disappears in the vast opened space. The vocals need backing vocals IMHO. The snare could do a bit reverb and the guitar pehaps a bit less reverb. The bass sounds a bit nasal.
