I'm very tempted to make an offer at $1 USD as it's the real value of wood, even if this one is very dry, it has paint on it and will be a very polluting fire wood.
You are repeating yourself Mick, you already used it in the "Elwray Infinga 4 Bass - Reviews" last week. Too much modes, maybe ?
That said the Phrygian one sounds pretty musical to me, except on an Em7 : funny again.
Listen to Miles Davis fusion or jazz rock period. I'm using modes for decades and, hélas, don't find them weird. That said i find the tone by tone scale very musical. I know, I must be weird.
The problem is quite simple, almost all couriers shipping FROM the UK to any foreign country will only cover your musical instrument for £100 GBP and not any higher (read carefully the T&C). And don't forget to remove any battery as it will void the insurance.
The best option would be to deliver it yourself. I know, I know.
How can someone recommend something he didn't try ? 🤔
As you can afford it brand new, go for this MarkBass 121 Lite Alain Caron combo : light (16,3 kilos), powerful (800 Watts), complete and terrific sounding.
You can get it there or check the Internet for a better price tag : https://www.musicstore.de/en_GB/GBP/Markbass-Combo-121-Lite-AC-Alain-Caron-Signature/art-BAS0008056-000
The TC Electronic BG series will do the job, and you'll still have spare money, even if bought new. I would go for the 2x10 as it would be more versatile.
If you can find a second hand AER Amp One or Three, it would be the best choice for the kind of music you play with plenty of power.
