I find regardless of how much is in my signal chain I'm trying to attain a bass sound that's in my head. Whatever I'm using ends up sounding roughly the same

I've got one of these and it's like carrying around a well-stocked music shop with you You haven't mentioned that it also doubles up as an extremely powerful external soundcard for a Windows PC or Mac with something like 4 stereo channels of variations of Tone 1, Tone 2, Wet and Dry simultaneously output to your favourite DAW. Definitely a +1 from me too.

Used to be intimidated by fretless. Bought a cheap one off ebay to overcome the fear. Quite enjoyed it and got a good sound at band practices but never gigged with it. Sold it on but will definitely treat myself to another quality fretless in the future.

That black walnut looks gorgeous under that lacquer. Very nice.

I've had a Hartke HA3500 for about 7 years now (it was 2nd hand when I bought it) and I've never been unhappy with the sound it produces. Definitely punches well above it's station. I pair it with a Hartke PRO2200 (haven't been in production for years but are a brilliant 2x12") or more often recently my home-built BFM Omni10. Definitely give it a good cab or two and you'll realise it's a great sounding amp.

I've come here looking for a mobile theme for the site. I can always add a dedicated shortcut icon to my homescreen rather than need a dedicated app. I'm using Android btw.

Sounds great. It's a magical thing when everything just 'clicks'. Sometimes I find it really surreal and have to make sure that it is actually me playing and we're not miming along to a recording.

I believe I can make this. Will bring my Shuker Singlecut fanned-fret, POD X3 Live, Sennheiser hd202 headphones. Would anyone be interested if I brought my Hartke HA3500 and BFM Omni 10, or are we OK for rigs that make a lot of noise?

I've got Musescore installed and have used it a few times. Seems perfectly fine for my usage and it's not too difficult to get used to.

two bands and a marriage with young family. I was playing bass in bands when she met me so it's not like I've changed at all It is a balancing act though and have to make sure that I'm spending quality time with the missus to match my music time.
