And, cheaper than the link i posted earlier £18 delivered from the UK: http://www.donnerdea...fect-pedal.html Fingers crossed mine might arrive today!
It seems that delivery is from China although they do seem to have a U.K warehouse
2.
Joyo Ultimate Drive. Pretty cool pedal, much nicer sounding than the Boss, and unlike the Muff, it can do nice low gain sounds too.
Agreed I did not really get on with the Boss I thought it was a bit "fizzy" and I found the Muff a little overpowering for my taste I am really enjoying the Behringer vintage tube overdrive pedal atm it it is good value at around 25 quid
3.
Hey, ill take it. PM me on how you would like me to send you the money and ill give you my address etc cheers
Hi I sent you a pm cheers mate
4. That actually belongs to a BC member he has it for sale on here also I think there is one more bass the same as this in this country and that is going for around the 10 grand mark
5. Bump for price drop £40 posted that is as low as this one goes
6. Would this be any good? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Murder-One-Killswitch-Pedal-for-Guitar-Bass-and-Keyboard-/231156203054?pt=UK_Guitar_Accessories&var=&hash=item35d1fbbe2e
7. having had all 3 mentioned pups I think the SPB-3 is my favourite it just ticks all the boxes then the Wilkinson a very close second and finally the SPB-1 but that is just my preference
8. I bought a pedal from Jamie and all was as described in good condition and he posted it to me really quickly and kept me informed as to what was going on I would deal with Jamie again without hesitation
9. There is another thread on this somewhwere but every time I see this footage I just think wow
10.
Does anyone use a string winder? if so which?
I use this and have done for a while it is a great little tool but for some reason when I set up a bass I like to wind the strings on slowly by hand just to feel how they go on the tuners http://www.amazon.co.uk/Planet-Waves-Pro-Winder-String-Winder/dp/B0002GJ3BO
11. Take a look at this lots of useful information http://basschat.co.uk/topic/156589-couriers-packing/
12.
I normally cut them a just over a fingers length away from the tuning pegs but only after bending the string 90degrees. I'm not sure how much difference it makes but if the strings are really long you may run out of room on the peg.
+1 same here
13. Just wanted to know how much I should be looking to pay for one of the above in good used condition if anyone has any idea I was thinking around the 160-180 mark going from the prices on ebay Thanks in advance
14. After a short while of googling it seems that the 83 is worth more but it depends on condition blah blah blah and I am by no means an expert on these things
15. These Ampegs are awesome GLWTS
16.
Looks nothing like a Spector....
Agreed it looks more along the lines of an old Yamaha that has been modded IMO
17. Bum this is just the sound I been looking for but no moolah right now GLWTS
18. I purchased a few bits and bobs from Bryan and they arrived very quickly and were in great condition I am really pleased with them. I would deal with Bryan again without hesitation he is a top basschatter big thumbs up from me

22. I may be wrong but I think the newer Rockbasses don't have a Warwick W on the headstock anyway
