Following a realisation that I'm sitting on a lot of stuff I just don't use anymore - the clearout has begun. Expect to see more stuff in the other areas of the market place soon. First up some pedals: *SOLD - Mooer Ensemble Queen - £35 The bass version of the ‘Ensemble King’ - apparently based on the Boss CE-2? VG condition. Boxed with instructions. Velcro on base, but original the rubber ‘foot’ has been removed and is included. *SOLD - MXR Bass Dynacomp - £80 The bass version of the classic MXR Dynacomp. As you’d expect - coloured squish in a tiny package. Good condition with some signs of use. Velcro on base, no box * Withdrawn - MXR Thump Bass preamp - £75 Based on the EP Preamp with added tone controls. Designed as an always on tones shaper or coloured boost. VG/almost new condition. Velcro on base, original box with candy inc. MXR sticker included. *SOLD - Zoom B3 - £80 Classic multi effects from Zoom, great sounds, very easy to program and also editable with the software. Fantastic 1 box swiss army knife for any gig. Can be run off batteries too. It also has some very useable amp sims. This also has the essential integrated XLR/ DI out (which seems to missing from many more contemporary multis). This one has seen some action and has the scars to prove it, but everything works as it should. I have all the original packaging which I will also include (Box, manual etc.) Velcro on bottom and 3 of the 4 original feet! *SOLD - Zoom MS-60B - £55 The now legendary single pedal multi FX from Zoom. Almost worth putting on the board as a catch all fx pedal or just to cover that ‘one weird bit you have to do it that one song for a bit’. 50 presets, 142 effects 6 amp models - blah blah blah. Very good condition a couple of small chips on the corners. Boxed with the original manual etc. *SOLD - AMT Slap Bass - £75 Now here’s an odd one - a Siberian made bass overdrive intended for Slap! - I know! Heres the blurb - “The Slap Bass Compressor Pedal is a specialized effect designed for bassists who use funk and slap techniques. It instantly provides the compression, depth, and snappy attack this playing style requires. It can be used by non-slap players for distortion with its adjustable drive level. It's also an amazing tool for guitar players, allowing them to plug directly into their recorder and lay down a quick bass track. Built-in cabinet emulation circuitry ensures that it sounds equally good whether run through an amp or used for direct recording.” Now long discontinued and I suspect not that well sought after. Might be worth a punt? Maybe Chris Wolstenholme or Flea will start using one and it’ll rocket up in value? Probably not! Good condition with the original box. Please PM for more pictures or details. All prices include UK mainland postage first class, signed for. equally happy to knock off a couple of quid for collection from North London - N21 Feedback here:

The MXR poly has a mode switch. One side is analogue style (not sure if it’s actual analogue - but convincing enough and I’m a proper octave snob) and the poly side is digital. That’s part of the reason it’s so cool. Chuck in the fuzz circuit, all the different blendable ocatves (up and down) and some modulation and you can hit Royal Blood, Pino octaves, POG organ sounds, synth, sub octave and everything in between all in one MXR sized pedal!

Couldn’t agree more, one of my favourite Octaves ever! And so much more.

I’ve been waiting for this for a while. I’ve just had a quick look through the manual online and it looks like it’ll load IRs too. I can’t seem to see if any are installed by default though?

Ben bought a Squier 50’s P bass from me. Came over and demoed it - had a lovely chinwag with him, he paid me and went on his way with his new bass. Hope you enjoy it mate. Good luck in the hunt for another one to mod!

Another of my CV's up for sale, This is the original MIC version with the Pine body (apparently many of the early Fenders had pine bodes too?!) this one is also very clean/near new condition (no knocks, dings or fret wear) and has a Seymour Duncan SCPB3 Quarter Pound single coil pickup upgrade. I have the original stock pickup which I will include in the sale. I'm just not using it at the moment and so it's up for grabs. No case with this, sorry. Very happy to demo the bass here in N21 - Winchmore Hill, North London. I'd much prefer collection in person, but I can also post at cost in the UK if needed as I do have a proper shipping box from another bass I purchased from Andertons in the summer. Been asked a few questions about the neck pocket which is a very nice fit - see new pics and the weight - just under 4Kg!

Price drop - £275! Nice Squier version of the classic Mustang bass. Great fit and finish like all the CV range. This one is in very good/almost new condition (no knocks, dings or fret wear) and has a nice set of Labella low tension flats fitted giving thumpy 60's tones. Nice weight too, only selling as my Nordstrand Acinonyx covers this ground and more. No case I'm afraid. Very happy to demo the bass here in N21 - Winchmore Hill, North London. Bought a Flyrig v2 from Ryan, which he posted promptly with Evri. Unfortunately, after a week or so it had not arrived. After chasing for several days it seems it has been lost by them. Ryan, kept me in touch throughout and let me know the situation as it unfolded. He kindly gave me a full refund and is now seeking compensation from them. Although the outcome was unfortunate, he was spot on in his communication with me and I can only hope Evri give him his money back.
