2. Forgot about this, I'll take £150 posted! Also willing to trade.
3. Beat you to it! http://basschat.co.u...0own%20p%20bass great site, spent far too much time on this.
4. Looking good, hope you are enjoying her. Thinning out the neck was a smart move, it was the chunkiest I'd ever played too.
5.
Oh My, that's stunning. You must be mad.
+1!
6. Heres a link, software at the bottom A lot more Zoom B3 patches to download and try out
7. Custom Shop Squier Bullet bass anyone?
8. I had a quick bash on one today and was greatly impressed. Whilst it was heavier than my P, it felt solid and resonant. The tone was pure 70's Precision. Well worth a look I'd say.
9.
No - they're standard jazz, i.e. one longer than t'other.
Thought so, best to let someone up grade their Jazz rather than split. Love Frailins, great price, they won't last long, have a free Christmas bump.
10. Are these identical? I'd be up for one if they are. I'm thinking back pickup for a PJ too.
11. Price drop to £160 posted before I put it on the bay this weekend.
12. Bought a Rickenbacker 4003 from Rich. Cracking deal and he even went to the trouble to deliver it. Top man, can only echo the above comments. I would happily deal with him again. I'm off to play her again now, with a big smile on my face as I do. Cheers again Noir
13. Ditto, can't wait to get my hands on her.
14. Bump, anyone fancy it?
15. Pics added bump. Willing to trade for stuff, whatcha got?

Sean's Feedback

Sean braved the rain and the M25 to come and collect Valenti #5 from me this morning. Had a nice chat whilst he got to grips with the one that got away. Easy sale, pleasure doing business. I hope you enjoy the bass!
17. Replied and sold pending payment.
18. This is a brilliant and truly unique bass; problem is I just don’t use it enough to justify keeping it. It’s credentials demand that it goes out and earns its living so with regret I offer up my Valenti P. It’s a killer bass. Unbelievable warmth and fatness with sparkling highs when using the onboard pre amp, very traditional and Fendery in passive mode. It has probably the best fit and finish of any bass I have ever owned (and I’ve owned a few). It’s intonation is spot on, unlike all my Fenders! The spec below speaks for itself. Spec: Swamp Ash Body (one piece!) Transparent Blue Finish Maple neck with Maple fretboard Satin Finish on neck Nordstrand NP4 Precision Pickup Aguilar OBP-1 preamp (18V battery access via rear plate.) Controls: - Volume, - VTC tone - works in Passive and Active modes as a kind of master tone control. This effectively retains the "two knob" simplicity of a P bass but with other options rather than just a simple treble cut. - Active/Passive Push/pull on the VTC knob - Stacked bass and treble boost Hipshot HB-1 Tuning Keys Hipshot D-tuner Gotoh Quick Release Bridge Black Pearl Pickguard Black Hardware The nut is 44mm or 1 3/4" It has quite a chunky neck and has become nicknamed ‘The Barge’ amongst my bass player mates. Weighs about 4.75 kilos It has quite a history both on Basschat and Talkbass: Original for sale thread: http://basschat.co.uk/topic/45631-sold-valenti-5-super-p/page__p__457189__hl__valenti%20precision__fromsearch__1#entry457189 Previous for sale thread: http://basschat.co.u...__fromsearch__1 TB review: http://www.talkbass....houghts-169939/ Another TB review: http://www.talkbass....-review-174844/ Valenti blog info: http://valentibasses5.blogspot.co.uk/ Comes with a tatty gigbag and black pickup cover. I really don’t want to post it, so it’d be collection only I’m afraid Looking for the £600 I paid for it as it’s in identical condition to the day I bought it. Tradewise, I would consider a Rickenbacker 4003, but it'd have to be post 2006 (for the VTC). Obviously with cash adjustment your way. I might be swayed by alternatives, try me!
19. Just bought this from Geofio two weeks ago, liked it so much that I immediately got an X3 live which is more practical for me. This kidney bean version is now surplus to my requirements. Mint condition, boxed with original manuals, software CD, USB cable, box etc. Looking for £175 posted. *edit - £150* Pics to follow.
20. Really want one of these. If only you were closer I'd have that. Have a bump anyway.
21.
I'd guess it weighs in around 25kg. I'm sure it's one of the older ones.
Specs: 2 x 10" woofers, 200 w each 2 x 5" phase plugged mid - treble speakers (same as was used in the bright box) (total cab rating is 300 Watt 8 Ohms) About 70 lb / 32kg, built in 1990's Was designed to be used at a top for 15" subs. Can be used as stand alone. A great cab, very expensive too when released.
