  1. That was back when they were a high end custom brand like ESP. I believe they're mostly made in the Cort factory now so fall into the 'decent mid price import' category.
  2. Massive long shot........ Anyone got one/had experience of one? Online demos look good and I've played one for long enough in a store to realise I might like one
  3. Quilter BB800
  4. I've tried them on a few occasions and they sound like 5 gig old steels from new in my opinion. Every few year I have another go at them and realise they aren't bright enough for my taste.

    Zoom MS-60B

The tuner is chromatic and easy to see/use. I don't know about the Midi stuff. I used one for years and didn't find that it changed the tone noticeably. The compressor and modulation effects are particularly good. And for stage use I found the ability to set up a clean sound, effect patch, clean sound, different effect, clean sound etc and just tap through them really easy to use. They're a total bargain in my opinion. Recommended.
  6. How much??? Thats giving it away!!!! Great amps….
  7. 😂 i'm the exact opposite. I had to use a cable at the last gig after about 10 years of wireless and it felt very strange!
  8. What didn't you like? The whole wireless experience or was it that particular device?
  9. Lozz bought my Zoom pedal. As expected, lovely bloke and a dead easy transaction/collection. Recommended!
  10. The sunburst one all day long for me. The Nate got close in Forget me Not though. Great choice of songs for the demo and your playing was really good. Well done :-)
  11. NOW SOLD Zoom MS60B multi effect pedal Fab bit of kit with no issues but I'm switching my pedal board around so it's surplus to reqs now. Loads of great effects built in along with a decent tuner so even if you just use it as compressor, chorus and a tuner you're on a winner. Great condition. Velcro on the bottom. Pretty sure I have the box in my cupboard of doom somewhere too. Here's the official blurb.....https://zoomcorp.com/en/gb/multi-effects/multistomp-pedals/ms-60b/ £60 posted within the UK or £55 if you want to collect it. Thanks for looking
  12. May be a dodgy lead or speaker cable. Check the easy stuff first..... Re the hiss - check the bright button isn't engaged The video reviews look pretty good and no one mentions that it's underpowered - I reckon its a lead or a faulty amp.
  13. Murray bought a strap from me. Excellent comms and speedy transaction - highly recommended :-)
  14. You'll be needing a strap for that then 😉
  15. Mono Betty Long strap Good condition overall, has had straplocks fitted since New. Tiny bit of corrosion on the rivet. Very comfy. No gig this weekend so having a bit of a clear out instead 😊 Collect from Herts/Essex border or I'll post it for a few quid Thanks for looking
  16. He's a bit ambitious with his pricing as well https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/265321851671?hash=item3dc66a2b17:g:05gAAOSwDGVg~pjf
  17. And sold to essexbasscat 🙂
  18. Recently acquired from Binkybass of this parish (hope its OK to use your pics Russ!) Too wide for my taste (I've bought a narrower leather Richter instead) so moving it on at a slight loss. Collect for free or add a few quid if you want it posted. Fab condition and no straplocks included.
  19. UFO - Strangers in the Night Thin Lizzy - Live and Dangerous Ted Nugent - Double Live Gonzo
  20. That's really good - loved it. Nice Stingray.....
  21. @cheddatom He actually is....he's a bit of a prodigy tbh and is happy playing all sorts of stuff. It takes the heat off me - I am the great leveller in the skill levels with this lot :-) Here's the top secret phone vid of the first attempt at it to see if it merited a bit of time spending on it - the singer had done the usual trick of not bothering to learn the vocals and it was our first meet up for 18 months so the vox are absolutely shocking - try to block them out in your head f you can. It's a lot better now after an hour spent on it in a couple of rehearsals and it sounded fine on Saturday. (he's really funny - if he's been caught out not doing his homework he starts fiddling about changing his guitars and amp twiddling but we've wised up now and just take it off him) The guitar solo stuff starts at about 2.50 in.... 22. That is great news, or is it bad news? I'm not usually this indecisive!!
