1. Yeman, a boutique coffee table p-bass though yes?
 2.
Hey, looks really nice and the prices seem reasonable for a new British made bass , I'll have to get a go on one at some point!!
You're welcome to try mine if you're ever in Sheffield matey...
 3. That's one sexy muthapluckin bass!
 4. How can this superb cab still be here?
 5.
Hi folks, this is on hold for the moment.
Sad to see you selling this matey as you were dead excited to get it! Maybe you could get a midget-t as a practice cab for 'home use'...?
 6.
Looks great that. It's Friday surely you can claim time off on religious grounds. Or better still still a medical emergency......GAS.
I have 'technically' done enough hours this week so I'll be trying to sneak off as early as I can...
 7. There was a particular fretless sound (pino) that was huge in the 80's/90's and seems to have gone away a bit but there is much more of that open character that you get from fretless about nowadays it seems...it never went away for me but I never did 'that' pino sound anyway, couldn't do it if I tried even with an octaver!! Does this mean more shopping? what a shame ...no idea about fashions though...never was much of a dedicated follower thereof
 8. bright onion also do a wet/dry mix blend/looper pedal that really nice, I've just got one and it's working a treat! http://www.brightonion.co.uk/blender-looper/
 9.
You'll have to post some sound clips of both pre's us compare the two Andy...Just to upset me more
I'll do my best buddy
 10.
S T O P ! No more images of ACG basses, or chat of preamps for them, or anything for that matter about ACG or Alan ! Ah....The GAS is killing me for a pre to go in my ACG and a also an ACG fretless. OK I've calmed down Lovely bass Andy :envy:
sorry dude, rather nice innit this one's got an amazing East 3 band pre in it rather than the most awesome ACG 03 that's in my custom 5'er
 11.
Beautiful! You must be one happy camper mate. Eude
It's lush matey, I wanna go home now!!
 12. The courier pulled one out of the bag (literally) and it was here by the time I got into the office at 9! 13. Mike bought a few cables from me, deal very swiftly sorted, payment made precisley as and when he said, confirmed arrival of cables straight away, yet another superb, easy and stress free bc deal with another top chap!
 14. My focus II is superb and this is the next gen from that innit!?
 15. yummy! must resist remember I don't like playing jazz basses
 16.
There are worse things to suffer from mate
I just keep on having to buy british, I can't help it, oh woe is me
 17.
I've got the exact pre in my 6 string ACG, I don't think you'll be disappointed matey
I shall hold you and TPJ entirely responsible (well not entirely but possibly a little bit) matey! You for encouraging the ACG obsession (scoopitis) and TPJ for showing me the East pre on his Warmoth...
 18.
Gets my vote too - And I already have an AGC fretless fiver Mine really sings with the ACG 01 pre, I'd be interested to hear your opinion of the 3 band, Andy
I already have an ACG 5'er (custom Recurve SC Classic with the 03 pre) so am very curious to meet a graft and compare the gubbins! I fancied a simpler pre on the fretless still with some control over mids but not in such an intense global way as with the custom ACG pre and I've heard really good and transparent things about the East stuff so wanted to give one a shot
 19.
Nice one Andy, that's a real looker!
Thanks matey, Alan is a wood wizard isn't he! I've not even got it yet and am already planning ACG 3
 20.
*Like* :-) Fretless 5 gets my vote anyway; never played an ACG but that does look rather quality!
I'd recommend trying one matey, Alan makes seriously good basses!
 21. Today isn't strictly a new bass dayy as it's due for collection today but I just got some pics of the finished bass and am quite excited! Just look at that Black Limba top and all that delicious ebony fingerboard http://www.flickr.com/photos/andy_dye/sets/72157635083156126/ 10 by andydye, on Flickr 11 by andydye, on Flickr 14 by andydye, on Flickr It's a P/J and has a 3 band east pre...just blissful!! Quite excited about tomorrow!!
 22. pm'd re the ebs sheehan pedal
 23. Jazz basses, I hate playing them, they don't ever sound right to me and I always hate the matchstick neck on them, so why do I keep lusting after them! Yes I know they look nice, really nice I must stop buying them though!!
