Thanks for posting, sounds like great trip. I see loads of touring bands at smallish venues over here in the UK and sometimes wonder if any of them ever make any money!
My Dad never played an instrument but always loved music. He took up singing after he retired and became something of a star of the local musical theatre scene. Unfortunately I never got to see him perform as I'd emigrated to the UK (from NZ) by then.
Or Jeff Beck, for that matter. Most of the others have been in highly influential bands in their genres and are worth celebrating. Its amazing but it's still very difficult for female musicians to get ahead in the industry. Just go to any night in any rock/indie venue in the country and count the female musicians - it's never even close to 50/50. Of course the reasons are many and complex, but anything that celebrates them and potentially inspires more is a good thing.
I sold mine recently after getting a Fusion 550, my dream amp. No regrets so far, though there really isn't a lot between them, tone or power-wise. I reckon I'll miss its portability when I have the next run of gigs.
As new rack ears for a Gallien Krueger MB Fusion, fits the other MB series heads too.

Dinosaur Jr at the Mean Fiddler in the early 90s I think I refused to go see Mascis again and when I finally succumbed 16 or so years later at the Cockpit in Leeds he was just as bad. Never again.
