    Hi, I am selling my 3-unit rackmount flightcase by Flightcase Warehouse.     Plus one for the Gallien Krueger amps. I have an MB 200 and an MB Fusion (500) and they're both awesome - loud and fantastic tone.

    I didn't see it but went to see Peter Hook and the Light a while ago and they were fantastic, and I'm not even much of a fan. Live it all sounded superb, well worth going to see them in 2016.

    At a recent Q&A session that Horace Panter did in Harrogate he was full of praise for John's drumming and general musicianship and said that John was the only member of The Specials who could improvise. Very sad.

    I went from a PF500 (which I liked, and didn't have any problems with) to a GK MB Fusion which I love. Very flexible tone-wise, powerful, and I've never had any issues with it. I'm in the process of deciding whether to keep the Fusion 550 I've recently bought, or the MB Fusion. They're both great...I think I prefer the sound of the 550 but much prefer the weight of the MB Fusion.

    I go to a lot of gigs to see bands I've never heard before, usually at the recommendation of a friend. More often than not I'm pleasantly surprised by what I see. This year we went to see Mike Watt's Cuz who were very good, but the support, Bilge Pump, were fantastic. Particularly the drummer who was right up there. This year I've also been blown away by Deerhoof, again having never heard them before. The drummer (again) is phenomenal. Probably the best gig by a band I knew nothing about was The Low Anthem - totally different to anything I usually see but I became a firm fan and saw them 3 or 4 times after that.

    My remaining G2 Barefaced Compact is now for sale. It is in excellent condition as you can hopefully see from the photos. Gigged many times and never let me down, fantastic tone and power. Comes with its Roqsolid cover. For those not familiar with these, they have a single 15" speaker, no tweeter, two Speakons, and are very light (12Kg). Details on the [url="http://barefacedbass.com/product-range/compact.htm"]Barefaced website.[/url] No trades pleased - I've already bought a new cab (TKS S212). Postage extra (I expect around £12 couriered in the UK), and I would be happy to deliver within 20 miles or so of Harrogate, or further for a share of the petrol.     I bought a Thomann case from Adam - nice easy deal, and the case was in great nick as described. One of the good guys.

I've only had it a couple of weeks but the tone is fantastic through my Barefaced Compact and my new TKS. It's not without issues - the footswitch is not working correctly, and the power switch is jammed on, but the tone really is exceptional. I've used the TKS for one rehearsal - first impressions - it's beautifully made, sounds great and is very powerful. But after getting used to the easy one-handed lift of the Compact, I'm finding it a bit cumbersome/heavy. Guess I just need to man up!
