1. Just sold a cab to Andy. Great guy, easy quick transaction. Cheers Andy!
 2. Any chance of posting if I pay handsomely?!! Are these the push in type please? Cheers.
 3.
I'll take it.
Great - PM me your details and we'll get things sorted, cheers.
 4. SOLD to non BC person, pending payment. (1x15 cab still available though!) Cheers.
 5. Fab bass playing - 70's Jazz through Ampeg SVT I believe, sounded fat and full even on my crappy TV.....
 6.
great to see people talking about The Meters, I was lucky enough to see them supporting The Stones at Earls Court in 76. Soul Island is a great track that never seems to get a mention.
Me too! First time I encountered them - despite sound not being great in the cavernous Earls Court, they were groovy as f*ck!

 9. I regularly use both 34" scale Fender and a 30" scale Danelectro, and don't have problems swapping between the two. Probably as they are such different instruments, so I can never forget which is which! I personally love the short scale Dano, its just ideal for the country/roots band I use it for. Not sure how it would be for the other stuff I play though, as it is quite 'thumpy'. Never tried a 32" scale, so would be interesting to see how that compromise would work.
 10. +1 for Nad stuff. Still got my 3020 along with a C350 and they're belting amps for the money.

 15. Great amp - think the weight is around 18lbs. Not overly heavy, you won't regret it!
 16.
Definitely the Gallien 700 or 1001RB II I've gigged the Terror Bass, Shuttle 6.0 and Gallien MB500 (in combo format) and they all seem to be lacking something but for me the full size Gallien heads can't be beat. I think the main reason there hasn't been a great deal said about these models in this thread is that most of the people who use them are doing exactly that. They are solid, reliable and really difficult to get a bad sound from them.
+1 for GK RB series. Not that long ago these heads were considered small and lightweight (c.20lbs), which I believe for the sound you get they still are. (I'm getting on a bit and don't mind carrying them around!) Had a LM2 and just could n't get on with it. Don't think I'll ever go back to a micro head.

 18. Just got my first Roqsolid cover for my GK Neo 410 cab. Great product at a fair price I believe - would deffo use them again. Cardboard/gaffa job ok as a temporary thing, but really not the answer IMO.

 21.
I have one of these and don't think I could ever get rid of it even just as a back up! Fantastic sounding cabs at silly money when new and even more so second hand!
Cheers - think this may be going back into storage type bump................................
 22.
In fact......... here's Jeff and Roy in The Move.
