I didn't think it was a BC issue .. but isn't it nice to be 'helped' by Google!
I know lol I didnt think it was a BC issue as such. Its just that it only happens on BC for me. The only quick fix is to use the 'open in new tab' for each thread read! A

The bongo looks like what it is. A musical instrument designed by a bunch of corporate car designers. A
Well if the dozy tw*t has left his club outside his front door, and walked off as well, he's obviously lacking in brain capacity, so i would confuse him with large words such as discombobulated (What the hell does that actually mean, if its real?) until he gets angry and accidentally runs off a nearby cliff, then i would make his hut look better and live in it. Back on topic, there are some fugly basses in this thread, i mean really f*ck ugly... Liam
Can you get scatter cushions in that curtain material?? What was this tread about again?? A
alright alright, put the handbag down, Shirley.
and dont call me.......... etc This is all assuming that its not HER bass. Cant be sexist about all this can we. In which case........... Nice bass Shirley A
are you saying this burd is twice as big and twice as ugly as yours?
I was hoping to avoid that inferance lol.
f##k knows what he is saying lol he lost me when mentioned "camp"
In a nutshell would you mess with the sort of bloke who owns a bass like that? and I dont think theres much 'camp' about him A
-
Ok. that bass fell from the ugly tree and hit every branch on it's way down, shortly followed by the bird holding it... haha. (apologies if she is someone's gf or wife.
I think before anyone critisises this bass think back to the law of the jungle......... Your walking through the trees and come across a camp where there is a hut twice as ugly and twice the size of yours with a bed twice as ugly and twice the size of yours with a club resting against it twice as ugly and twice the size of yours. Then you hear a distant THUD....THUD....THUD.... of footsteps twice as loud and twice as ugly as yours. What do you do? stop and take the p*ss?? Just a thought A

I have to say I saw him with Wilco many years ago at Tefords Warehouse in Chester. He was having a very 'off' night. Playing was speradic and when they all stopped for him to do a solo he just tapped a few random notes and wilco etal looked a bit odd at him then kicked into the rest of the song a bit 'O well ish'. Not putting him down, he is a star and an insperation. Just sayin we're all human and can have a bad night. Pitty realy, havent had the chance to see him again A

Ever sincw the relaunch Ive had a problem with my BACK button. I go to a topic then use the back button to go back to the unread list. With the new site I have had to press it 2 to 3 times before it will work. Then I noticed this pop up when I hover over the back button: Back to HTTP://Googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/drt/s (Alt+Left) I believe its something used by google to track your browsing. Now Im not one to be bothered by who knows what Big Brother stuff but it is BLOODY ANNOYING when I try and navigate around BC. Im posting it here because it only happens on this site!!! So WTFIGO A
well, maybe not exactly famous, but we just spent a whole day filming scenes for our first music video (Sea Bass Kid - "In the city"), and I used the white+black pickguard Sue Ryder for it. Filming was a lot of fun. All over town, five stories following each member, crossing eachother, until we finally meet... A few scenes left, and then editing... I'll post a link when it's done. Meanwhile... you can listen to "In the city" (and other tracks of a demo we made) on Soundcloud here: http://soundcloud.co...e-calm-before-1 Sound and recording is not the best... and the mix is *very* bass light... but there you go. Working on new recordings at the moment. Note: on the recordings I used a MM Stingray and a G&L L2500 tribute, not the P-bass. Although due to the mix, you can't tell regardless.
You shouldnt have told us that! Youve just killed the tread in 20 years time entitled "What did McNach play on 'In the city'?" with endless debate swinging from 'The famous Ryder' to 'It must have been a Ray, he was a Ray man' and peppered with 'No he used a Standard P, dont you know all the best bass lines were done on a P' Nice tracks BTW A
