    I'd be more impressed if it was painted, not made of zebrawood. Someone has not thought that through - "exotic" wood as a selling point, but then take most of it away. Hmmm.

    The bass in the photos has a P-type pickup. The "description" is 'One straight and one split single coil pickup'. So yeah, the best construction I can put on this is that the seller is careless and lazy.

    That's gloriously bonkers I'm going to hijack the thread briefly (sort of) and ask what the fit of body and neck was like (yes, I have a project in mind; yes, it might involve this body with a different neck). Did it need any adjustment/shims, packing etc.? Thanks!
