Sounds like the first get together of the first band I was ever in.....I was 14......everyone trying to outplay each other as loud as they could. Just dreadful.

If they're anything like their 6 string brethren - the major difference will be in the electrics. I remember the pickups in the Epi were quite poor - things might have changed though.

Anything that Mike Rutherford played bass on. Love/loved his style. (just wish he wouldn't play lead guitar )

There's nothing much wrong with the Behringer PA kit, used it for ages, until our singer decided to connect it up wrong and fry a power amp. It would be perfect for what you're after and reasonably priced too.

I've said it before and I'll say it again now. Rockbox in Northallerton. A bit off the beaten track but superb service, I can't big those guys up enough. To the point where I'll travel 2 and a half hours up there if I want something. Worst? Anywhere in Lincoln or Boston......utter rubbish

£41.99? What is it you're sending? I went through Parcel Monkey when sending a Trace V-Type combo to Delberthot, can't remember the exact cost but I know it was way less than that and that was it insured for £600. Damn thing weighed a ton too after all the packaging I put on it

My Hartke 410XL's are great for a low B. According to the specs they go down to 30Hz
