Here we have my DBX DriveRack PX professional loudspeaker management processor with matching DBX reference microphone for sale. I am the second owner, and this has lived in a flightcase all its life alongside my mixing console. Condition is used, although the reference mic was new this year (2025) has never been used in anger. A great tool for those of us who mix live sound from stage side whilst playing. I’m only selling as I have now upgraded my bass bins to a matching pair to my tops so will be using the internal crossovers to cut down on the weight of gear I shlep to gigs. Here is a collection of Kalium strings. I stocked up on these years ago when I was using them on all of my instruments but I've now moved onto Elixirs. Without bringing up recent controversies, these were bought before Kalium (formerly Circle K's) quality control seemed to nose-dive. I have two full sets of balanced tension strings in Hybrid (proprietary alloy... brighter than nickel, smoother than steel) and 6 steel singles: Hybrid set: 102-76-57-41 Hybrid set: 106-79-59-43 Steel singles: 98 x2, 73 x2, 55 x2 + 1 Single Elixir Nanoweb Nickel .135 B string. Swamp Ash Prototype. This is the one I thought I wouldn’t sell! It is a 2001 Electric bass with Swamp Ash body and Maple/Rosewood neck with bird inlays. So here is the special bit. When I saw it for sale at Absolute Music I thought there was something unusual about the serial number. I contacted the support team at Stevensville and here is the story. When Mr Smith has an idea for a new guitar model he keeps either the prototype or one of the production models and keeps them in the factory music room. The design for the EB4 had been settled and was in production but he wanted to try a Swamp Ash body, this is the prototype. It was not initially issued a serial number and only when a smart broker convinced PRS to sell some of the guitars in that room that this one made the cut. At that point it was issued the serial number 150. This is easily established by contacting the Support center at the factory. I have one of the production Swamp Ash models which was the first EB 4 I bought. This model is pretty much NOS and is mint. The only thing apart from cleaning and periodic playing is fitting GHS flatwound 105 strings which IMHO brings out the true tone of the SwampAsh body. I really dont like the idea of sending it so would prefer a meet up or collection and trial first hand. It really is special instrument and worth every penny of £1500 especially safe in the knowledge that Mr Smith himself thought it good enough to keep.

The DM610 is a large bookshelf/standmount speaker from renowned hi-fi brand B&W, featuring a well-braced 30-litre sealed cabinet with 8-inch mid-bass driver. The larger driver and extra cabinet space create a much better low end range than from most similar speakers. This model allows for either bi-wiring or bi-amplification. These speakers present clean tight bass response, surprisingly clear mids for such a large driver and the pleasant highs that the well-designed B&W tweeter at that time was famous for. They can be driven quite loud, enough for the physical effect of the bass to be felt without audible distortion or a sense of sound compression. Both speakers are in Very Good condition, especially for their vintage. All-original, complete with full grilles (one of which has a small hole, shown in the final photo). Only £125. Here we have a Kala U bass 5 string solid body which has the Kala gig bag which come with it. These are just incredible for their size and punch well above their weight in sound and this 5 string version is excellent. Light, compact and so easy to play, just needs a new home where it will be played more. Plastic still on pick guard, so it’s just about immaculate at less than half the price. I have the box it was shipped in so can post it - UK only though.
