Hi Everyone, I’m selling my Sennheiser EW 100 G4 Wireless Instrument System with Ci1 (E Band) £400 - including UK postage I’ve used this once live and less than a handful of times in a pre-prod environment. Owned for a couple of years and it lived in a rack. Complete with all original parts, plus the extra rack components for mounting and a couple of extra right angle cables for the body pack. Cheers!

Comes with a range of M to F IEC cables Used about 5 times and it’s live in a rack for a couple of years now. Cheers!
  5. Because it isn't tracking at all, it is putting a wah on the signal then doing a sort of bitcrush distortion thing to make the 'synth like' effect. The easiest way to track a signal is to not try!
  6. So here's a game I play roughly once a year. I list a whole bunch of basses for sale (really not wanting to sell any of them you understand) and once a couple have actually sold 😩 I let the remaining listings slide down below the radar. Until the next time. I'm not selling because I'm desperate for the money, and if I was John Entwistle then I'd just keep the lot and have an ever-expanding collection, but the reality is that over half my basses get played very little, if at all. Common sense says that at least some of these lovely instruments should get back out in circulation. I have no interest at all in trades. Replacing a bass that doesn't get played with a different bass that won't get played seems like a complete waste of time and effort. On the other hand, many of my basses are pretty non-standard or left-field and therefore hard to price, so I'm not absolutely wedded to the figure stated. I'm in Harrow HA1, close to Sudbury Hill on the Piccadilly Line, and I gig regularly throughout Beds, Bucks, Herts & Middx, with occasional forays into Surrey. Pickup in person is always preferable to despatch (from home, or a mutually-convenient pub, or at one one of my gigs), but I've had nothing but good experiences with DPD so if you live more than - say - 50 miles from Harrow then that's an option. This was spec'd by the original owner to the highest level and is a particlarly nice example. It's been strung E - C from new but could obviously be B - G if preferred. A very light bass and well-balanced too. Condition is pretty much pristine. I couldn't find any blemishes to focus on. Build quality is excellent, attention to detail second to none. Public Peace's own video of a fairly similar bass is here: Obviously the one I'm selling is a 5-string and active.

  7. Mangling the statistics, it's barely 10% that are vehemently against it.
  8. The hall is available Sundays from 11.30am.
  9. I'm interested in a bass on Digimart in Japan. Zenmarket seem to be the preferred handler for international purchases/shipping. Has anyone used it and what are your thoughts?
  10. I am not familiar with this pedal. I wonder if it’s using a similar principle to the Boss SY-1 which doesn’t actually do any pitch conversion, rather it overlays/processes the incoming audio with additional spectral information to give the impression of a synth; there there is no tracking latency as it’s not tracking pitch at all.
  11. Who’s that bass playing fours?
  12. I picked this up from @Basilpea not that long ago. It's a great cab, but it isn't a cosmetic match to my other AT210, so being the fickle person I am I want to replace this... It's got some small dents from being gigged, but overall in good condition and absurdly light. You can pick it up with two fingers! It's also very loud. W52 x D33,5 x H57 cm 600 watts at 4 ohms 103dB SPL Also comes with GR Bass soft padded cover. GR say: The lightest 2×10 bass cabinet in the world. Thanks to its size, lightness, and power, the AT 210 is one of the most versatile cabinets in the entire catalog. Suitable for both small and large live shows, it allows you to always have your sound with you. With the AeroTech line, you can have the incredible innovation of our Carbon Fibre cabinets combined with the Pure Sound of GR, which is the pure sound of your instrument. Incredible sound, lightweight, power, impact resistance, and a beautiful modern design. I'm afraid this is collection only, as I don't have anything suitable to ship it in. No trades either thanks. I'm using @Basilpea's pictures, which I hope he's okay with.

  13. This amp is now £400 on Amazon. Incredible. I will drop the price for the amp, adapter, pedalboard and case to £500, which is still a good deal I think, but I really cannot go any lower. If it doesn't sell at this price I will just keep it as a spare.
  14. Ridiculous!! Probably the best bass for sale here and virtually no interest!!! A bump is the least I can do...
  15. Should give a mention to the software developers. DIY Layout Design is donation ware and is really good. Just drag and drop the parts. Start with a pickup, connect it to a jack socket, then test the circuit. Keep adding and testing. 16. Partly lack of marketing, partly not loading it with cover band patches. Even if not using the editor, with a few properly tailored presets, the V4’s onboard controls would give you way more control than the MXR (apart from the lack of a compressor) and without recourse to hidden secondary functions.
  17. I remember when the Fullerton Reissues came out in the early 1980's and some reviews slating them as overpriced and underwhelming in terms of quality and playability. They were especially disappointing considering the relatively cheap but very cheerful JV Squires that were abundant in the shops at exactly the same time .
  18. I ordered one of those 1983 reissues when they very first came out. I remember it was delivered just before a fire drill at work. They weren't impressed I took it outside with me. I sent it back because I couldn't live with the awful replica tort plate.
  19. I have both a bg250-208 combo and the newer bc208 cabinet - they do play well together. It’s a shame TCE used slightly different dimensions for the newer cab (it’s a trifle narrower and a bit taller than the combo), which means it doesn’t stack quite as neatly as you would expect - dunno why on earth they did that…
  20. +1! Aaaaargh! Indeed
  21. I know it means I'm sad, but that grates on me, too. On the topic of decals, it doesn't bother me. The decal on my bitsa reads "Dinky Toys". Perhaps some collector of diecast metal model cars might moan, but who cares?
  22. I would agree with this from my experience and what a lot of other people have said - I think the re-issues that came the closest to the originals were probably the 2013-2017 AVRI line. I'm sure these are good basses but the pricing on them at the moments feels extremely speculative, especially when you can get decent late'60s/early '70s models for less money.
