I'm pretty sure I've seen one in a green(burst) finish a few months ago on reverb. IIRC it was listed as something Korean.

I've got EZDrummer, never really got the hang of it since it seems you do all the arranging in the plugin's little window, not directly in the DAW and I don't like that. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. The sounds themselves are great though. This is more to help me come up with ideas based on rhythms that I might not have thought of, or that might be a little out of my comfort zone, to help prompt creativity.

Raking vs Alternate Fingering with Scales
Terry M. replied to AGBFunkybassman's topic in General Discussion
Maybe this? I will say that I feel alternate fingering feels WAY more efficient than raking to me but it's all personal. -
I did that for 30 years. But with age and wanting to enjoy driving, that comes in the form of a 2 seater soft top 😄. And certainly cheaper to find a speaker to fit the boot, than upgrade/upsize the car.

Thanks man, I will be bringing that with me, such a cool thing. The 62 P and 63J may come along too. Yeah I didn't know too much about it but looks like a decent show, only on for a day but I will enjoy a weekend in Brighton anyway, if I can park the camper van somewhere!

I’ll echo others - I’ve used an Elf in a loud rock band, no PA support, and it’s been a revelation. To the point I considered just having two, one as back up to the other, and nothing else. If the TE 1200 is too big and you do decide the Elf is too small, what about the Warwick Gnome 600?

I appreciate I’m in That London but I hadn’t heard of this :-(. Could even have popped in to No. 1 daughters but I’m spoken for now. Have a great time & I hope it’s successful. That ‘63 P is awesome!

Price drop - now 200 Selling this lovely Bitmap in great shape with original box - it's basically mint apart of velcro. These received significant software update last year with additional clipping modes etc. Red Panda has also very convenient web editor for presets. Happy to trade (with price adjustments) for interesting dirt pedals. Bitmap occupies my "loose spot" for additional dirt in pedalboard and I'm just happy to experiment. Basic overdrive I'm covering with Capo. The ones I would love to try are EAE, Damnation Audio, Broughton, Bearfoot, Hiero etc. Would've thrown 3leaf in but what are the chances

Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 These are great amps well known for their tonal versatility and power to weight ratio. It is in excellent working condition with a few minor scratches and blemishes to the casing. Pickup preferred so you can try it through my cab but I’m happy to post at buyer’s expense in the UK only. It comes with mains lead and a gig-bag the rubber feet are missing from the amp and I suspect they were taken off so it would fit neatly in the bag. I’d consider trades on a Bergantino 12 cab, Markbass LM head or even a Nano. I’ve reduced the sale price as I have my eye on a cab.

Hi All, just wondering if anyone is going to be at the guitar show at Brighton Racecourse this Saturday? I'll be bringing a selection of cool basses down with me from the north east and it looks like a nice little show, albeit not close. If anyone from BC is there pop in and say hello, Vintage Bass Room will be next to the mighty Ashdown. Looking forward to my own visit to Barefaced the day before for a snoop around and maybe collect my new Three 10

Miss Reggae helps me choose them, I showed her a nice 66 precision the other day and she said, not another sunshineburst colour 😁

I also prefer the tone of a passive bass, but certainly not a Fender, except if I have made a complete shielding, which will turn it into a usable instrument. I can't figure how come they still can sell so badly made instruments at such a high price tag, especially custom shop ones.

I buy basses I know I don't need and the associated guilt makes me real secretive about it when in actual fact the wife knows what I'm like and is nowhere near as bothered about it as I think she is. It helps that she loves music and is also a classically trained mandolin player.

Great bass in good condition, comes with hard case. Short scale. Not a heavy bass. Plays well. Not really any damage to speak of. There’s a little bit at the top of the headstock (photographed) but looks much worse than it actually is. I’ve removed the strap lock pins and replaced them with the originals that were odd when I got it. The case is old but fully function and all the clasps work. Can post at buyers expense or can be collected from BB22SH Any questions please ask.
