  1. Past hour
  2. A real rarity, only one made in the hand painted finish of a run of 25 Vexter Super Dupers. So a real one of one. Includes the zvex power plate, paperwork, box, hair tie, red rag 🤷🏻‍♂️ Works great as a 2 channel boost with a killer distortion, stacks well with other drives. Just a really fun and super loud pedal.
  3. Pork Belly Of The Beast - Anthrax
  4. TBH when I first read crabcore,I was rather hoping for a crustacean equivalent of Hatebeak, the metal band that features an African Grey Parrot called Waldo as lead singer https://youtu.be/VwXKR9EWhXo?si=usx3SUCQS1Kl6r0Z
  5. Wow. It's that bad with bassists in Wokingham you need door staff? Sort of "You can't come in here with that guitar, too many skinny strings" Didn't know that. Stay safe. Rob
  6. I'm pretty sure that Progressive Vegetarian Grindcore was a thing in the early 2000's.
  7. I don't have the knees or back for it. Think I am going to start the new genre chaircore. Potentially stoolcore but that might attract the wrong types
  8. I’d say more Lennon and McCartney. My Shell, My Belle.
  9. I'd see this as a sideways move. I've got my coat and out the door...
  10. I’m genuinely so happy you’ve been reunited with your suhr B5 and things are looking up for you, lovely gesture three, what a great community BC is
  11. Hi, As listed, Boss OC2 ( Taiwan), MXR phase 90 and Korg pitch-black in a Boss BCB 30 pedal board box. Mains adapter and Rean pancake jacks. I'd rather sell complete, £200 collected as the items can be demonstrated. Thanks for viewing Martin

  12. Wasn't he in Herman's Hermits? I'll get my shell...
  13. Have fun all. Post pictures
  14. I've just looked at the plans again as something was bothering me. I was wondering why the 274mm measurements on the sides and top and bottom aren't 276mm to make cutting easier. Changing that measurement to 276mm merely extends out the front pieces beyond the baffle by 2mm so it's 12mm rather than 10mm. It has no impact on the volume but it means all pieces can be cut from a strips of ply 276mm wide. I'm sure I have this wrong but where have I misunderstood? Thanks Rob
  15. Recently took this wonderful Nordstand Power Blade 4 out of one of my P basses as I've been looking for a more vintage tone. The pickup has the black magnets (which have some wear from playing) for the stealth look and has an amazing, punchy modern p tone with a very lovely mid range presence. Can include the black pickup screws that came with it. £80 delivered ono
  16. No cover, though there was a cover that it lived in but I've taken that now for my hartke. I can't remember exactly but it came direct from EBS in Sweden in 2019 I think about autumn time. So coming up to 6 years, been well looked after.
  17. It really is a great pedal
  18. Itchycoo Pork - Small Faces
  19. Slowly clearing out my collection of these, this is my last one. Hardly used, great condition, has 97% the sound of the Acme Motown DI when tested in the studio. Bombproof and tiny. Not a lot else to say really
  20. Final load and I’ll be on the road soon
  21. Dreadful 🙁 Horrible sound. Mistakes. Punters down the road at a firework party, so a virtually empty pub. First set was mush and struggled with or without IEM’s. I needed to apologise for letting it get to me and being out of sorts. Second set a bit better, but all in all a night to forget. i feel a major debrief incoming at rehearsal tomorrow night.
  22. Update to my board. Took the plunge and bought an Origin Effect BassRig Super Vintage to replace my Ampeg pre amp. I do play in church that uses DI straight into the desk so I had to get this (obviously 😬). I also bought a Presonus Quantum 4 so I could set up the BassRig as the DI out has a cab sim. it sounds AMAZING. Really happy with it. But it’s a CHONKY beast - didn’t realise how big they were!!
