  1. Past hour
  2. Yes, he stated it was like a banana and couldn't be adjusted. I've lowered the action and it's really quite a lovely neck really. "Warehouse find", I'm assuming, is stock the seller didn't know he had. Its a music company that I bought it from. That's Jam, my Ginger Tom. He's constantly getting in the way when it comes to photos. He's also a nightmare when I change strings as he loves to chase them.
  3. King For A Day - XTC
  4. Not particularly, but as a fact it has a very good.. well, its currently an F# but it was good when it was a B! But I would say, as above, the best B of all was the NS bass B, with a bow.
  5. As above ^ The thing is that the crossover does two things, it shares the bass and treble frequencies between the woofer and tweeter and it matches the output so that they are equal in volume. The horn may be much louder than the single speaker or even quieter. You'll need to transfer the crossover as well because passing bass through the horn will destroy it! Having said that crossover design in bass speakers is pretty crudely done for the most and is often only one or two components to protect the tweeter, if so they are easy to hack. Post a photograph of the crossover and we can advise Let us know which 15" Celestion you have and we can see if your cab will do the job for you.
  6. That's very nice. I have a few questions. Did the seller tell you what they thought was wrong with the neck? What's a "warehouse find"? It's not a term I'm familiar with. What's the brown furry thing next to the bass?
  7. It falls under the same argument as artwork, where it isn’t legally clear whether someone feeding AI your copyrighted work for it to regurgitate into something else is an infringement of copyright or becomes their work. It’s harder still because thats what humans do!
  8. Master Race Rock - The Dictators
  9. Yeah, the two holes on top of the saddle. One sixteenth A/F (imperial) is the size of the allen key that you require.
  10. Though waiting for @prowla to rationalise a few unrationialisable things may need a bit longer 😝
  11. Ahhh! My old Overwater Progress 3, seven stringer. Memories! 👍😊
  12. Everybody Wants To Rule The World - Tears For Fears
  13. Near is better than nothing! We did have a stupidly long sofa some years ago that got 'some' of them on... Half of these have been traded for other things since the below photos, but at least they're 'on' a sofa!
  14. This chap shows how he uses AI to his advantage and in fact, how it can be useful. The video is forty minutes long, and personally I don't like his musical examples, but that's not really the point.
  15. Ah, the London toilet circuit. I used to play at a boozer in Tooting where the route to the toilet was through the band to a door at the back of area where the band played. There would be a constant procession of people stumbling between the musicians to relieve themselves (cue announcements over the PA of "Hope you can hear us in there, We can certainly hear you"), Happy days.
  16. Thanks for the replies. It does appear there is something wrong with my one then as from what's being described, I'm sure I would be able to hear the difference if it was working properly. I'll have a look at the switch wiring today to see if there's anything obviously wrong and go from there.
  17. GRBass AT208 with Cover - £500 Delivered in UK. Purchased from Bass Direct in January this year. In perfect condition with official GRBass cover. It even has the stickers and labels attached. I don't have the original box but will ship it in the box from my GRBass 1x12 which fits it perfectly. Only used twice on gigs. This is the latest version with the additional switch to disable the tweeter. It's a wonderful light and loud cabinet. Only selling as I simply have one GRBass cab too many having also bought an AT210 and AT112. I love these full carbon cabs. Potential buyers are welcome to try out in Glasgow.
  18. Here is the finished article complete with a varitone switch I snagged at bloodstone guitar works, www.bloodstoneguitarworks.com Dave the seller did an excellent job guiding me through how to install it and for £20 well happy with his switch. The Artec is a lovely little pickup too, sounds proper nice 👍
  19. No cover, though there was a cover that it lived in but I've taken that now for my hartke. I can't remember exactly but it came direct from EBS in Sweden in 2019 I think about autumn time. So coming up to 6 years, been well looked after.
  20. Heads up for anyone who's interested, just bought some DR green neon strings on Amazon at £31.15. There was a discussion about string prices a while ago but can't find it, is there any way of searching just 'content I posted in'?
  21. Well done!! 👍🏼
  22. Love mine. GLWTS.

A grand total of 686 Euros, new. I'm leaving everything, in impeccable, almost new condition (I'm a maniac for my gear), for €375 Euros, delivered to your home or picked up at my place, in which case I'll be offering a Lewitz/Revoltage HP710 (closed-back headphones), new price 23.90 Euros (https://www.muziker.be/fr/revoltage-hp710). The Korg B2 also has the advantage of being able to act as an audio return via its USB port, which is very practical for using it as a master keyboard on a PC, and having the sound coming directly from the keyboard. Link to the Korg B2 website: https://www.korg.com/fr/products/digitalpianos/b2/ Due to severe back problems (67% officially disabled because of it) plus left and right shoulders injury, without mentioning a painful tendonitis on the right arm, I'm selling all the stuff I'm not using like this one. I've also considerably lowered the price for a quick sale. Don't hesitate to ask for more details, but, please, before asking read my ad first as the answer is certainly already in it!
