  1. Past hour
  2. Lemon oil is good..
  3. Thanks for the heads up but I contacted the seller a few days ago and they said it's not in stock, although they still have it listed.
  4. It looks really flexible. MB products are super versatile and you should be able to get pretty much whatever you need. The master volume on these Class D amps doesn't really add much colour, not compared to "older tech". So, it's really about shaping your tone with the pre-amp section. My starting point would be: 0. Set the master at a tolerable level for where you are. 1. Set the gain so that clipping light comes on only when you're hitting the strings really hard, it shouldn't light when playing normally. 2. Set everything flat. 3. Get to know that sound. That's your reference. 4. Engage that scoop control and see if that gets you an approximation of what you want. 5. Then add and subtract the other EQ one at a time in large "chunks", returning to flat each time so that you get to know how they affect the tone. Once you've got a feel for what each does you can dial in smaller increments either way until you get near where you want to be. When you get a sound you like, take a photo of the knobs. Use that as a reference. Take notes. Keep iterating. There's 1000 tones in there that you'll love but keep tweaking methodically and you'll find a couple that will be stand out favourites.
  5. I have a new project incoming, so would like to see this go to a decent home. Make me an offer!
  6. Personally, I'd re-drill the holes and plug them with glue/dowels, level these (sharp chisel to rough, then sandpaper), and then redrill new holes.
  7. @Singular Audio: is this pedal able to drive line level inputs, too? Like amp's Return or Power amp IN?

  9. Bit of a long shot I know, but I've just sent a PM
  10. Update: The price has been negotiated and the name of the company is BQW. He's very honourable and also a complete perfectionist, his build quality is on a par with anything in the US. He is also entirely self taught....! He showed me an order list of about 90 instruments last time I spoke with him. Many from Chinese clients but also many from other countries including some exotic custom creations from customers in the US.
  11. Any 32inch flats will have more tension than TIs. Generally, the higher the gauge, the higher the tension.
  12. Having a custom purple flake P being built by the, rather wonderful, Rob Flett - should be ready in the next week or so 😈
  13. Ive always liked Chorus on bass, in the right songs, but recently I rediscovered phaser, and, oh my.........😂 Still got a Boss CB3 at home, and have had various Chorus pedals over the year, but now I use phaser in a lot of songs that I really shouldn't 😇
  14. 1. Markbass CMD 112 Little Mark 58R Combo 2. Scooped 3- Scooped, Old School and Flat
  15. Brain fart! I've used too much thoughts to be much good for goodly looking at things and stuff this afternoon. (Power Automate can suck it though) Looks like it's still there on the website, so they're probably sat in a container somewhere, waiting to return. An email to SBMM might be an idea? https://intl.sterlingbymusicman.com/collections/stingray-sub-series-basses/products/stingray-ray4?variant=31560137441395
  16. Didn't notice that either. Double d'oh!

  18. Your link is for the short-scale models, I'm after the full scale model. https://intl.sterlingbymusicman.com/products/stingray-ray4?variant=31560137441395
  19. After several months of waiting, the Iron Ether Subterranea has finally arrived. Described by Taylor at Iron Ether as a, ‘multi-timbral analog synthesizer and octave pedal’ it acts as an oscillator section for a great analogue synth setup when paired with an envelope filter. These were discontinued a few years ago but recently brought back for a limited production run. Hopefully they’ll be added back to the regular production line. It’s a great analogue synth pedal. https://on.soundcloud.com/CpmKMabzrIOQzEnS99 https://on.soundcloud.com/U5G8C0THhHiAINPoEz https://on.soundcloud.com/HmamFI3dmsihHflhpM https://on.soundcloud.com/aEdvwY6QUt0qnNTR8M

  21. Looks to be that way. It isn't listed on their website for the colour options. https://intl.sterlingbymusicman.com/products/stingray-short-scale?variant=41301358837875
