HeadRush Core (v4.0.0) almost new with a new M-Audio EX-P Expression Pedal, a new Acrylic Protector, a new Thomann Producer Backpack and all the cables needed plus all printed manuals and original box. Everything is as new and was bought for the now defunct bass duet (S.B.K. presets you can see). There is a very tiny surface scratch on the screen, but it's almost impossible to photograph and doesn't impact its use at all. The new price of the whole is exactly €829.65 EUR (around £707) and can be yours for €550 EUR (around £470 GBP) shipping included in the countries listed below. NO TRADES! NON NEGOTIABLE PRICE! Asking price including fully insured shipping with tracking number, to your home, in these European countries (ask for other countries): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding overseas territories), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom: €550 EUR (£470 GBP is an approximation and I will only accept payment in Euros)!!! Shipping to the UK is of course possible and included in my asking price, but with additional customs charges (VAT + other taxes + courier costs), as the UK is now outside the EU, just ask. In perfect working order and in as new condition, except for that very tiny surface scratch on the screen. See the website for the specifications: https://www.headrushfx.com/products/core/index.html What you see is what you get ! Look carefully at the photos taken from different angles and lights to see the real condition. Here is the link to the 40 photos in high resolution: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1iiDRxJ9yh10nvvipC_s8R3M7DL3clTRi?usp=drive_link Due to severe back problems (67% officially disabled because of it) plus left and right shoulders injury, without mentioning a painful tendonitis on the right arm, I'm selling all the items I'm not using like this one. I've also considerably lowered the price for a quick sale. Don't hesitate to ask for more details, but, please, before asking read my ad first as the answer is certainly already in it! Ampeg venture V7 into Ampeg Svt212 - no sound
BassmanPaul replied to Scott 999's topic in Amps and Cabs
Thy a different speaker cable would be the first step. A speaker cabinet can be easily checked for operation by using a jack cable into the cabinet and touching the terminals of a 9V battery across the other end. Should produce a hearty thump from the speakers. -
Looks like a great gig. No better feeling and everyone loves the bass player!

Ok, so having settled on the above pairing, I've finally put them together and... nothing, no sound. I don't have another cab or head to test them individually at the moment Am no wondering if I'm doing so thing daft. Has anyone else had this issue P.s. it's not the mute switch Pps I'm using an nl2 speakon to jack cable

Badbadnotgood or something similar is a bit of a mouthful for a band name!
-
Yes, a long day, I was working that day, I was late and I can say it was my first gig on double bass... With an audience. Nobody complained.
-
I use the Behringer own app. Others use Mixing Station because it can be used with many different mixers from different manufacturers. Mixing Station is about a fiver (so nearly free).

Aguilar Tone Hammer 500 These are great amps well known for their tonal versatility and power to weight ratio. It is in excellent working condition with a few minor scratches and blemishes to the casing. Pickup preferred so you can try it through my cab but I’m happy to post at buyer’s expense in the UK only. I’m not looking for trades. It comes with mains lead and a gig-bag the rubber feet are missing from the amp and I suspect they were taken off so it would fit neatly in the bag. I’d consider trades on a Markbass Little Mark, Bigbang or F1 perhaps a Nano.

I originally learnt to play fingerstyle, but a band leader persuaded me to play with a pick (very much a thing at the time), which I did throughout the 80s! About 1990, I reverted back to exclusively playing fingerstyle, which I've carried on with to this day. To be fair, I was always a far better fingers player and these days I very much doubt I could play anything like a full set with a pick!

Just watching badbadnotgood or something similar, my god the bass players tone, And the band are excellent

I used to build equipment for BBC Outside Broadcast vans and a standard piece of kit to have onboard was an earth spike (just a piece of nice solid copper or steel with a tag to attach an earth cable). You used it if you were (typically) powered from a generator or mains source a long way away and you just knocked it into the ground local to the van and connected it to the mains earth terminal of your electrical distribution - which could just be a simple set of sockets. Easy to do when you had an earth terminal specially provided for this purpose, but not impossible with a standard 13A board. It does need to be a solid piece of mains cable however; 2.5mm minimum, 4mm better. As noted by many others, wireless connections give an element of safety as do RCD's on the power outlets. The problem with a wireless connection is that you might want to adjust a control on your amp/combo and only then would you discover if you and the equipment were both connected to the same earth.

and I thank you 👍
