And not one of them on the settee.  Poor show!  This thread's called "Basses on the settee" not "Basses near the settee" :D

The settee is touching the wall and floor, the basses are on the wall and floor, therefore the basses are on the settee. Absolutely faultless logic there! 🤔

That P bass with the white pup covers looks tasty, a bit like one of those Joe Dart Musicman basses

Bought a lovely little Musicmaster from @Paul S last week.  Promised Mrs Turgh I’d let one of the others go.

The JV will be with me til the end.  The Musicmaster is delightful.  Can’t decide between the Toby (sounds fantastic plugged in) or the Matsumoku “Thing” (spent a lot of time sanding, has a lovely neck).

Love the colour of the p bass G&L (whatever model that is, sb1 ? Or was that the one with the single j pickup?)

Tribute LB-100, emerald blue.  And you're right and wrong at the same time - the current SB-1 is P-like but it has a split MFD and a slightly smaller body with a more cinched waist, and the old SB-1 did indeed have a single, single coil MFD.

I must admit I’m very tempted. This was my old one.

Was that mine before you?

I am very much in a “why did I bloody sell that” moment

Love that Ibby Musician! I gave mine to my son and can't get him to give it back even though he doesn't play any more.

I’ve got the fretless version as well. It took me a long time to find ones in great condition.
