sifi2112 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago (edited) Yeah I found a great seat but also had to buy two which went up to £850 ! (Before admin & insurance) I managed to find a single seat (albeit further away) but still the most I’ve ever paid for a gig lol Manchester AO Edited 8 hours ago by sifi2112 Quote
martthebass Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I love Rush, especially the first decade of stuff. Saw them way back when in Leeds (Permanent Waves tour?) but haven't ventured to repeat. I'm afraid I hate arena gigs these days, they leave me cold and uninvolved so I doubt I'll make an exception this time around. 1 Quote

I can't buy one ("There is a minimum of 2 tickets for this ticket type"), nor can I buy two ("Stranded single tickets are not allowed, please adjust your selection"), nor can i buy three ("You must select 2 tickets together") 😬 😖 🫠 I was frustrated by this on my first attempt. There were 5 of us that wanted to go on the Thursday. When I logged in, there were 5 left in one row in a reasonable position and I stuck them all in my cart thereby selling out the row. It wouldn’t let me do it for the same reason. Well, the warning was the same, but it didn’t matter how I edited my basket, it wouldn't let me buy them. I ended having to come out and go back in again to do it another way 🤷♂️ Quote

RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago Mmm…there is still more room for added dates! 🤔 just saying .. Quote
cetera Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Apparently there is one more Manchester and one more London to be added. Quote
Lozz196 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago A mate of mine got four seated at London O2 for £105 each. Said seating on floor was £450 going down to £320 as you hit further away. Quote

WinterMute Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago I got 4 on the floor at the O2 for £270 each, still steep, but I like to think I'm keeping Lifeson in pasta in his old age... Quote
hiram.k.hackenbacker Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Anyone think it concerning Lifeson has ‘health issues’, has been to a clinic and is now wearing that daft neckerchief? 🤫 Quote

Alex has had arthritis for ages. The neckerchief? He’s an artiste, darling . At least I hope that’s all it is. Geddy has been wearing a scarf for years, maybe Alex wants in on that action? Quote
itu Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago This dynamic pricing is ridiculous. No, I will not see them this time. Most likely never ever. Quote
markbunney Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Am gonna try and grab one in the O2 priority presale tomorrow morning Quote
Daz39 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago As a coop member I can get presale tickets for Manchester tomorrow morning. Will have a look. Not feeling hopeful about prices. Quote

I agree, dynamic pricing is ridiculous, and my thoughts are that I won’t purchase tickets for anything where this is applied. 1 Quote

RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted 11 minutes ago Author Posted 11 minutes ago Regarding ticket prices in general , when I did go to gigs I always went for the most expensive ticket whenever I could . When I saw Rush at the London o2 clockwork angels tour , I had to let my friend get the tickets . I told him to buy the dearest ..but he purchased the slightly cheaper ones. This meant that although at ground level , we could only see half of the backing orchestra 🤦♂️Idiot ! My last time seeing Rush 😮💨🙂 Quote
