Any explanation, please..? I understood @ped was reconfiguring the site as pickguardchat.co.uk as there has been significantly more discussion of that topic than almost all others recently (although freedomfromamplifierschat.co.uk is also under consideration) 👍 1 5 Quote

0 upside downer Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Weird. It's up and running but it appears to only show posts going up to January 23rd and no further. I know it's pretty quiet on there but that's...puzzling. Quote
0 ezbass Posted May 4 Posted May 4 I’ve just been able to get back on, had to sign in, but seems OK once in. Well done to those behind the scenes. 1 Quote

It appears to have been restored from a back-up dated January 23; I see no posts more recent than that. I don't think that new posts are going through, either. I just posted, but can't see it. @Woodinblack : Big problem..? Work in progress..? Can we help at all..? Edited May 4 by Dad3353 1 Quote
0 Hellzero Posted May 4 Posted May 4 There is a new member recorded on the 31st of January, but nothing newer than that... 1 Quote

0 Woodinblack Posted May 4 Posted May 4 Yes, there is a big issue that makes no sense and is causing problems, the front end (cloudflare) has a pointer to where the site is, the pointer decided to point to the old site (basschat and guitarchat as I am sure you will remember changed server at the start of feb), now the old site no longer exists, we revert it to the new site, it stays pointing at it for a few hours and then it changes itself for reasons unknown to point to the old site again (which isn't there) and goes offline. Could it be a reputation thing? The new host may not have enough traffic for the pointer to "stick"? Quote
