funkgod Posted November 28, 2023 Share Posted November 28, 2023 you could write about any thing, 1, your own life and views 2, commenting on others lives and views. macca said he writes about the day, from when he " jumps out of bed" what you see and what you feel, its as simple as that. you could add another insight to a book you read, aka steely dan. or just some good advice you might want to share or just about searching for an idea for a song untill the light popped on while reading a post on bass chat 🙂 But for me clever writing is next level stuff, some songs that tell you everything in the first two lines. like..
