I have been playing drums since I was 16 (on and off), and bass since I was 42 (i.e. for 7 years now). I am intrigue by the fat, low, and rounded sound of the electric bass, and I love playing mine not only for my behavioural activation excercises 🙂. I am also a maker, so I decided a few weeks ago to start assembling my own bass, and I will keep you posted with my achievements (if any) and learning curve, for sure, and on this platform. I apologize in advance to any luthier here present if I seem to try to unflatteringly emulate your art-work. Thanks for sharing a wide amount of knowledge here. Also: anyone can point me to a thread here (if it exists) of mounting a left handed neck on a right hand bass, please?
