tauzero Posted September 3, 2012 Share Posted September 3, 2012 Looking at what were given as the trademark bits in the relevant posting by (IIRC) Kiwi, if all that's shown is the body and there's no mention of the "R" word, there's no trademark infringement as the only trademarks JH laid claim to were the headstock and the "Rickenbacker" truss rod cover.
