wateroftyne Posted December 23, 2014 Share Posted December 23, 2014 Hey gang Mr. UPS dropped by today with my lovely new TKS S112. As you'd expect from Tommy, it's a stunner. I'm a huge fan of the old version of the 112. My hope is that this is the same, albeit even cooler-looking and rear-ported. I'll not be able to give it a proper run out for a few days, but as soon as I do I'll report back. The package also contained covers for the S112 and my S212. I find a decent padded cover makes quite a difference over a year or two as try as you might you just can't avoid bashing one at some point or two.. [/quote] It's such an effort at the end of a gig too. I managed a dozen gigs or so before my covers arrived and managed not to knock them once. But I was unbelievably careful, which isn't always easy when you're in a rush or the load in/out involves narrow hall or stairways. The TKS covers are great. Tailored perfectly too.
