Selling my beloved Fodera Imperial 5

Spec:

Chestnut Burl Top (not available anymore)
Alder Body,
Brazilian Rosewood Board
35 scale
Year: 1999
Pickups: Seymour Duncans Dual Coils
Pope preamp
Weight: 4,7 kg
Action is very low. Groundshaking B.

I made a closer inspection on the bass and found a couple of small dings all over the body. So it lost the showroom condition some players might desire on those boutique basses. Besides this it is a wonderful playing and sounding Fodera with a still breathtaking top !

Selling only because I found a very expensive and wonderful early 60 JB :-)

Bass is located in Duesseldorf / Germany. SOLD !

Pics here (any details available on request):

Wow...Oh boy. I almost had to check the bank there but can now breath a sigh of relief!
If it had been a 34" I may well have been tempted.

You have a beautiful collection too...one other that would certainly be a temptation is your Emperor Elite Chestnut. That looks like just about my perfect bass.

Good luck with the sale!!

They were doing singlecuts back in '99?....Fodera definitely ahead of their time!!

Vinny Fodera designed and made his first Singlecut for Anthony Jackson back
in '89!!

Due to the dings I reduced the price dramatically.
