3. And another bump. I really don't want to ship this and I have no decent packaging/boxes etc. Still prepared to deliver/meet up around North West or Midlands.
4.
Could you meet me in Whitchurch on Friday pm?
PM'd
5. This is my second Musicman Stingray for sale now and I might withdraw it should my other one for sale here sell first. Anyhow its another '05 Stingray with a Blueburst finish, maple board with matching headstock. There are some small scratches to and minor dinks, nothing that I'd consider damage just wear through 10 years of use frets are excellent though. Its my bass of choice out of the two, just because I like the colour and the comfortable played in feel to it but needs must and I have to sell one of them. It dose have a MM case but one or the latches has broken off, case works fine though and dose its job. I'm asking for £625 which is fair considering its not pristine. I paid quite a bit more for it but I really need a quick sale, however I won't drop the price any lower. Collection from St. Helens and I'm happy to deliver/meet up if not too far. PM me for any further details etc. Cheers. 6. And again...
7. Bump for £650
8.
Bump for my gorgeous old bass. This plays beautifully and if I had the cash I'd be buying it back! Sorry to hear that you're having to sell. Glwts
Cheers guys. I certainly had no plan to sell this but replacing the boiler has cleaned us out and we still have a wedding to pay for! May have to put the other up for sale yet.
9. I have a feeling that this may have been mine once upon a time. If so it was one hell of a player. The wenge neck was fantastic, slim and fast like a true old Warwick!
10. For sale is my HoneyBurst Stingray s/n E46724 made I think in 2005. Bought here from a fellow Basschatter some months ago and only been out the house once! In overall excellent condition, lovely low action and recently strung with DR Lowriders 45-105. The bass comes with the MusicMan hard case which is also in great condition. Selling to fund unexciting non bass related purchase (new boiler) so sale only and no trades thanks, (unless you have a nice Worcester 30si combi boiler)! Happy days. I'm asking for £650. I really Don't want to trust this to a courier so collection only from St.Helens Merseyside or I'm happy to drive out 50-100 miles or so to meet up Please PM me for more photos/info if required.
11.
Tickets bought
Top man! Amazed this has not sold out, such a great bash. Cant wait!
12. Hiya Phil. Not too many here from these parts! Welcome along.
13.
That's a bargain price. I seriously don't need another SSI but that price is close to me saying 'What the heck'!
At that price it would be rude not to!
14.
Still weekend and Sunday tickets available.
Can't recommend the Moffat bash enough, its a fab weekend. Even Mrs Bigthumb looks forward to it and she has no interest in basses what so ever, just the boozing!
15. Any idea as to what the wood is? Really like that.
16. Bob Glaubs have been the best Precision basses I've owned. The're faultless and I've have this over any US Fender any day. Just a pity I don't have 550
17. I've played a few of Jamie's basses which have been spot on. When I lived in Telford I was a regular visitor to his shop in Shifnal for numerous little repairs and setups. Never had any cause for complaint! I did see a guitar made for the Quo and it was lovely.
18. Only 9 weeks to go. (Not that I'm counting down the days you know)!
19. Never seen one of these before. New to me! Any experience of these out there? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fender-Zone-bass-maple-R-N-active-3-band-EQ-humbuckers-gold-hardware-/271737786086?pt=UK_Musical_Instruments_Guitars_CV&hash=item3f44d58ee6
20.
21. Hohner B Bass. Looks a nice bit of kit. Only ever played a Hohner Jack many many years ago, never seen one of these in the flesh.
