  1. I think the tone is predictable in the sense of the pick up types and positions. Plenty of bite from the jazz neck and typically growly mm pickup. Overall it is quite bright but with the the two band eq how trebley or bassy it is is very controllable.
  2. Beautiful English luthier made bass. Built by Mike Walsh, Iceni bass in Essex. Seymour Duncan Basslines Jazz neck and Musicman bridge pickups with 2 band EQ. Neck is 42mm at the nut and 22mm deep so quite a flat neck profile, beautiful to play. Unfortunately just not my thing tone wise as the band I’m in is more classic rock so my G&L SB-1 is always first choice. In the middle of a big house renovation at the moment so trying to clear out anything that I’m not using much. Mike currently has closed his order book due to demand so hard to get a bass made by him right now. For some inexplicable reason Zoot basses don’t seem to hold high values secondhand so I’ve priced it accordingly. Collection/meet up preferred but can post if a fair arrangement can be made regarding a hard case (I have a nice G&G case).
  3. Where are you located? And what’s the nut width please?
  4. What’s the neck width at the nut please?
  5. Who built it? Was it Tricky or a homebuild?
  6. Just bought a lovely G&G case from @MungoBass. Easy to deal with, swift delivery and very well packaged. Case exactly as described.
  7. Just received my new cab from @Black Coffee. Very quick delivery and super well packed. Great communication throughout.

  9. Hi, anyone out there got a Bergantino NV115 that they’re looking to move on? Regards Mark
  10. No postage option I take it?
  11. G&L SB-2 Tribute. In excellent condition as not really had much use. Looking at the serial number it looks to be a 2010 production. It’s finished in black that has a hint of sparkle but hard to pick out unless in certain light. I replaced the original 1 ply scratchplate(black) with the 3 ply one that’s pictured but will include the original. I do have a hard case than can come with it if it needed to be posted at an agreed figure. I’m on with a big house renovation so clearing out stuff I don’t use much.

  12. GK MB115. Owned from new, less than a year old. In excellent condition as home use only. Lightweight neodymium 15” speaker with 200w output. Comes with Roqsolid cover. On with a big home renovation so moving stuff on that I don’t use much. I do have the original packaging so could post.
  13. Is there anything in particular you’re after to trade? Lightweight combo? Or you after basses?
  14. What’s the dimensions of the 1x15? I’ve got a TE 410 of similar vintage so wondering if it’s a stack match.
  15. Weights around 9lb @ead
  16. If you find a box and can send it please let me know.
  17. You can use a GK MB series combo or head or GK Plex preamp. Or that’s what it advised. I’ve run it off my direct out connection off other amps and it works fine. Obviously I can’t say 100% that all preamps will drive it as I haven’t tried it. If you’re local enough you are welcome to try yours out with it. Regards Mark
