    It's not really practical. That led draws like 50mA. It was worth it to give it a go. But pretty pointless in pedals.

    I got the box from Sw***box, the electronic parts are from Banzai Musical GMBH, Mouser, Rapid Electronics, and the kit is a BYOC ESV fuzz from the UK distributer who are called Vibe-o-tronic

    Thanks guys. The switches are a volume boost (just a DPDT with different resistors on each side) and a bass boost (A SPST which brings a 0.1uf cap between B and C of Q2 in and out of the circuit).

    The greengrove pre is onboard, and it's the stock one in the most recent Celinders. They moved to Greengrove at the same time that they started using propriety pickups. I love my Celinder. It's almost sick-making. If it was a woman there would definitely be over-enthusiastic public displays of affection.

    The Celinder Pickups / Greengrove preamp are a match made in heaven. Truly an excellent combination. It's giving my shivers just thinking about it.

It IS a good deal on a nearly-new and very very hard to find bass. These are back-ordered to 2010.
