1. I love the power bass strings they do. The only strings I'd put on my Celinder
2. Looks fantastic Trav.
3. My Sadowsky Modern weighs 7lbs 14oz, but you'll pretty much have to get one of those Micro Prosebasses to beat that! Cheers, Joe.
4. It looks fantastic.
5. Tony, you're a legend.
6. Carlsberg don't do synth pedals, but if they did. . . This is a nice price on a nice pedal. I think £175 is fair
7. Please can you stop posting pictures of these? Ta. Greeneking's has a gloss coated body+neck, and many of these others look satin finished. What's the score there?
8. I don't need reminding about yours! :'(!
9. I didn't know we had so many NS-5XL owners here. Maybe some of you could post some pics for me to look at?
10. OoOoOh. Midi8!
11. I think it's a "people" thing.
12. If we're talking "best" I'd always use a Pedal Train and a Pedal Power II+.
13. Sadowsky charge $200ish for a second day service.
14. Toasted

Tecamp

Looks fantastic. Slight jealousy. That's unusual for me
15. It's an incredible filter. Not for the newbie. The highs and lows it puts out are truly dangerous - IMO!
16. Congratulations - you've just bought a cracker
17. Who is lucky enough for this to be their new bass? I like to keep track :-)
18. This thread does not have anywhere enough pictures!
19. Just return it under the distance selling act. You can't have had it for 7 days yet.
20. Likewise. I loved it. The pearl White finish is superb.
21. Hubba.
22.
If you had spent any time out in China doing production quality audits you might have a different view on this. I have...have you?
Certainly have. I assume Dan Lakin has too. Like anywhere it depends where you choose to buy from. There are dodgy factories and great factories. Much like every other country.
23. Vintage and Rare guitars has the best. Although you won't find many cheap pedals there.
24. I don't see that because anything is made in one place that it carries a maximum price that would be different were it made in another country. That's just armchair jingoism.
25. With how well mine went down yesterday in Moffat I'd be suprised if this lasts long. I'd trade my Sadowsky with little regret for it - but it's a fretted 5... haha
