1.
I'm surprised your selling the Earthquake, I remember reading how highly you thought of it. I've wanted one for ages but ain't got the spuds right now.
I'm in need of some readies for other GAS related purchases. I don't want to sell the wah - it's the pedal that I least want to sell but if I can get £200 for it that's a different story
2. Top right is an EnemaFX m*ngebox, and bottom right is a Demeter Fat OD with Sw***box paint. Not for sale
3. I'm listening. . .
4.
It's the lightest one I've heard of too - the only thing that puts me off Celinders is the weight - getting puny in my old age!
Totally agree. I feel very luck. Here's a shot of her chilling by a tree:
5. I did a band practice last night with just the walkabout combo vs. a loud drummer and a JCM800 212 combo. It was absolutely fine for volume and sounds fantastic with my Celinder and the "driving rock" preset from the manual. What a tone. I didn't even use any FX
6. 1) Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2+ with Toneczar High Output Mod, and 18V mod and cable - £150. 2) Montgomery FX '77 Flanger Model 3 - £175 3) Automagic Earthquake Bass Wah - £175
7. I've also found it difficult to find a band, but now I've been with Stylus for a year it's been totally worth it.
8. Hook a brother up next time
9. I'm going to cry. A grabber for £180!
10.
Here is my rig that I have just finished putting together. Not the prettiest rig but it does me. Sold my aguilar rig and decided to get something more portable and as cheap as possible. Put this together for £400. Sorry for bad pic, its off the phone. T
That's one of my favourite cabs ever.
11.
Youre looking at top quality instruments there, individually hand made by a craftsman in Britain. The guy deserves to eat.
Really? I think he should starve. [/sarcasm] If Shuker's now charging £2500 for a bass, he's in the big boy league and doesn't have the pedigree, IMO/IME.
12. Some of those are incredibly expensive.
13. That's a nice bass at a nicer price. I think they're about 4500euro new.
14. I've got a walkabout scout and I love it.
15. I remember Ped used the sticky to do this. I think he found some special extra-sticky stuff.
16.
The only issue is that she was shipped with the chrome bridge and pickup covers unmounted. I was wondering if there was a particular "best way" to fit them as it would appear that I have to drill new holes into the body to do so? Also, am I going to have to remove the bridge cover every time I change the strings?
Double sided sticky!
17.

Hubba!
18. If it's audible through the amp then I'd suggest this sounds like a truss rod issue.
19. At least it's not as bad as the elrick bondage paddle headstock.
20.
LOL What a beaut. I like these basses aesthetically more than the Sadowsky basses. I really need to fiddle with one.
Your only issue being that they are made from pure unobtanium.
21. Monz, are you at matamp every day?
22.
Hmmm...it looks lovely and smells nice but I'm not sure I'd pay the extra $1500 to buy one from new either (it's not an issue really as there's none left) Edit: should've said if you find yourself on the other side of the Pennines, you're welcome to try mine in Manchester
Thank you. I will PM you post haste to set something up. Thanks
23. I think Bartolini make drop-in replacement.
