    I have to concur with the majority, the fast track to compression doesn’t exist unless your best mate is a top class in demand session player who has gone through the card already. Me, I wanted the Steely Dan Compression, to my ears, nothing less, in that search I’ve tried EBS, EWS,MXR (good), Keeley, EHX. The best for me was Keeley in-line after an MXR Pre, having failed in my search, I was also swapping heads cabs and basses. What do I got now, single knob Spectracomp, which I am tailing with a noise gate. I dare say this might not suit my cloth ears and I will upgrade to whatever. That’s one of the gems of Basschat, you buy, you try, you sell, move on simples. It’ll come to you Nigel, around the £125/£150 Mark 🤔🤗

    Either one would suit me, just have to move my Sandberg 35” Fiver, I regressed to 34”, I also have a 34” 6ixer NT I bought to complement the fretless, it’s not Ibanez but it sings, just a string too far for me. Thanks for your pointer muchly appreciated.

    These are Fab Cabs, they’re rock bottom, less than what I paid, unused since purchase. I could withdraw them and live with the humping and I could give the Feckers away and reduce the price to a silly amount, but I’m looking to change my motor as well, reducing my overall ‘Tote Space’. Barefaced Big Baby 2 is the target cab! FRFR, driven by my Handbox 400 front end and buffered by this Mini component pedalboard I’m putting together. All done from my 🤫🤒😷🤒🤕 sickbed you understand? So a multitude of options, including but not limited to: Your single Big Baby 2 cab (or 2x10”, 2x12” Berg, Aggi, Vanderkley)plus cash for both cabs. Your single BB2 (or 2x10”, 2x12” Berg, Aggi, Vanderkley)for one cab plus cash your way. Weight is a consideration 20Kg’s being about the Max and volume, I could accomodate the Aguilar SL 4x10 at a push. What you got? I would look at a 5 String Ibanez 34” scale as a part/full trade, just the Ibanez though as I’m looking to twin up my recently acquired Fretless Five. No snaps until I’m at home again which looks like the end of this coming week. Hit me up guys

    I bought Lawries Harley Benton Fretless, just a holding deposit at the moment pending thrashing out delivery collection. The Bass at the price was just too good to be true, as The Greek said it’s worth it as wall art. Pleased with the purchase it is a handsome bass. Simple eas transaction I’m looking forward to completing the deal and getting my hands on the bass.thanks Lawrie.
