Very nice. I'm tempted to get one of these as my next Sandberg, exactly the same as yours but with a maple fingerboard. How are you finding the all passive setup, especially the "secret switch" for quick tone changes? Cheers Gareth

Assuming it's genuine, and who really knows, that's a heavily modded and de-fretted P bass. The only original parts are likely to be the (stripped?) body, neck, tuners & screws, neck plate & screws, strap buttons & screws. Everything else looks to have been replaced.

I've got through to the checkout screen. Total price posted is £28.57 (£19.77 for the picks, £8.80 courier), which is [b]£2.38 per pick[/b]. So, second class would add 50p, whereas first class would add 60p. I'm happy to order a dozen if anyone still wants to proceed at that price?

The g string sounds just fine under the bow (for a Silver Slap) playedd unplugged - plenty of depth and volume. In fact, of all the strings it's probably the best sounding acoustically!

Hello all I know that Silver Slaps aren't the best for arco, but they do a job on the very rare occasion that I need to bow my BSX Allegro EUB. Only thing is, the G string sounds really weak compared to the other strings when bowing, almost silent, yet it's just fine when played pizz. Any thoughts? Cheers Gareth
