1. What a beautiful bass! Do you have any sound clips you could upload pls?
2. Fantastic cabinet. I'm an EA player though and this adds a little too much of its own tone for my taste. Barely gigged, second owner (previous owner barely gigged either) in great condition. Blurb: The Traveler 121H is fantastic for bass players who need a smaller, warm sounding rig. This cab, which won the 2007 "Best Bass Cabinet" MIPA award, is the number one choice for acoustic bass players. IMPEDANCE: 8 ohms SPEAKER SIZE 1x12 in. 5. Thanks all, I appreciate the advice (and wry wisdom Bill!)
6. Excellent, thanks very much for clarifying this guys. I am buying a 4 ohm cab, as it's lovely, great price and a good size for small to medium gigs, but as it's only a 1x12 there may be times when I'd prefer to add a second cab, but my amp doesn't go down to 2 ohms.
7. I read this on a hifi forum, but I'm concerned that this might be wrong, and wouldn't want to damage the driver: two resistances in series gave a combined resisitance that was their sum. I don't think this has changed. Connect a 4 Ohm resistor anywhere between one speaker terminal and the corresponding terminal on the amp, and you add 4 Ohms to what the amp sees. The amp doesn't know, or care, whether the load is a speaker or a lump of wood.
8. Hi all, Can anyone tell me, is it possible to convert a 1x12 4 ohm cab to 8 ohms? Hoping to do it if it's feasible / not expensive! Thanks

17. Yikes, can't tell you how tempting that is (that's pretty close to my dream jazz) but it's got to be cash to fund a purchase I'm afraid. Thanks for the offer though!
