Wow Nigel...I love that track! And I am rather in awe of your fretw***ery! But I have to ask. 1992? Before or after The Extremist was released? Also, am I being stupid or is there no link for the other stuff? Walman...very cool playing and great intonation on such a busy fretless track. Busy but works really well with the song. And that is fantastic cover version! I need to play that to my band so they can see what you can with "synth" song! Brilliant!

What we really need is some kind of internet based gathering place to discuss all aspects of the bass guitar, broken down into easily understood subsections. It should also rhyme with "bass hat".

That is very cool. In fact, put a mint scratchplate on it, swap the neck pickup for a P and that is pretty much my ideal bass. (At the moment.)

I just discovered that I can get through a few of our rock set songs while wearing thick woollen gloves without anyone noticing a difference. I took them off for the funk though.
