This is passive i would say, with active pickups... So vol/vol/tone...
I didn't know Fodera had deepened their body but my 89 emperor is also pretty slim ^^
Beautiful bass, if this had been a fiver, it would be gone already
Man i saw this one yesterday in the "Newborns" and was like "hmmmmmmmmmm" even if i'd prefer a "more green/blue" kind of buckeye if u'd ask me
Portraitoftracy is a well known Talkbass user, i guess if u want this kind of bass don't miss out on this one (my guess would be this bass is going straight to Germany ^^)

Lions and Tigers and Bears oh my!!!!

^^
Does this exist apart from the Hyperion thing? I'm 25 pages away from the end at the moment so plenty of Lions, Tigers and bears for me...
Hi all
I'm proudly sharing this first album with u.
We recorded it at the beginning of this year using our own tools and computers, but had an ingeneer mix and master it.
U can hear part of the songs on our website : http://www.justinmg.com/musique.php
In a few words this is true fusion jazz, all songs are composed by Justin Millot (guitar) and he is a HUGE fan of Allan Holdsworth's work (i had never heard of him before i met Justin but i guess u guys as English folks shure know him...)
I used a Fodera NYC (ash/mapple) and my David Pinton fretless 5 sig (alder/ebony) with a Mike Pope pre... I'm pretty much addicted to Mike's preamps...
U can (eventually) buy it here : http://www.cdbaby.co...ustinmillottrio but anyways comments are welcome...
I remember this one from previous thread, but in the mean time i've had a luthier build me a 5 string fretless ^^
Really looks like a NICE piece of bass... Any soundclips?
This looks fantastic...
Rules say that u must state a price and i'm interested in knowing how much it will be...
Good luck with sale anyway
Cheers from Paris
Would u ship this to France (or ar u by any mean comin to Paris soon?)
I've been waiting for one of those for long (being a Had fan for years ^^)
Good luck with this, it won't last...
It's more of a copy than of a signature model...
But the guy has worked at the Fodera shop making basses, so he pretty much knows how it works, and anyway people ask for them so... definitely looks like it doesn't it?
Nice bass with dual coils... I had one from the same era (around 2007/2008 i'd say...) and they are killer... The last "no cheap" NYC with 3 pieces neck, angled head etc...
