Hi Guys The old GAS monster has caught up with me once again and something must go. I got this in a recent trade for my 62 AVRI Jazz bass with Tricky of this here parish! This is a superb bass and is in superb condition! It of course has the Lindy Fralin pickup and the beautiful pearloid pickguard. It's got a little bit of buckle rash on the reverse and a tiny little hardly noticeable ding on the neck but doesn't affect the playability in anyway. To think this is 7 years old it's almost in brand new condition! Playability is sublime, nice low action with no fret buzz or choking, currently strung with D'addario Chrome Flatwounds to give it that classic Motown/Stax sound! So why you may ask am I selling this bass when I am so overtly impressed with this beaut?! 1) I have my eyes on something which would be more appropriate to my playing needs. 2) the jazz profile neck is just a little too thin for me these days, I much prefer the feeling of precision/stingray neck! It will come with it's padded and branded Lakland gig bag! I am somewhat reluctant to post but will if required :-). You can always collect from my fair residence here on the north welsh border or I'll happily deliver within reason! I am looking for £575 ONO cash/bank transfer (+ say £20 for postage if needed) or alternatively trade value of £650 but I am specifically looking for a lovely Precision bass with a nice big chunky precision neck! [font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]Hello All[/size][/font] [font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]I recently did a trade + cash with Karlfer of this here parish for this little beauty, however as amazing bass as this is, I am really hankering for my P neck and sound back and so I am making the big decision to part with this with an aim of getting a Precision again.[/size][/font] [font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]So let me give you a little info around this bass courtesy of Karlfer:[/size][/font] [font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]It can be confirmed as a 2002 model as it's neck stamp says June 2002 and Body is stamped with Mar 2002 and I am assured this is standard Fender practice. This is the model with Concentric (Stack) knobs.[/size][/font] [font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]Standard tortoiseshell pickguard included but not fitted, have fitted a BWB pickguard with Thumbrest fitted above the strings between the neck and middle pickup.[/size][/font] [font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]Case is original but a little tatty round edges this however is still fully functional.[/size][/font][/size][/font] [font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]Ashtrays and middle pickup cover are now fitted and have been professionally so by my good friend and finest luthier in Chester, Mr Matt Bascetta.[/size][/font][/size][/font] [font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]No scratches I can see on the front, 2 or 3 little dinks not through to wood, however there is some scuffing around the top half where you would rest your hand and arm, so it's just natural wear from being played and loved and has dulled the paint slightly. Bare in mind some people will pay extra to get that look ;-). One main belt buckle scratch on back, 2" long, not through to wood. Some little dinks on back, some buckle rash and the usual "certain light and angle" marks again as to be expected with an 11 year old bass.[/size][/font][/size][/font] [font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]The main damage from the original owner, prior to Karlfer, is on the E string side of the bridge, where the paint has come off, Karl suspects this is where the bridge may have been over tightened at some point. However with the bridge ashtray cover it can't be seen and even without it imho it's hardly noticeable.[/size][/font][/size][/font] [font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]Finally, the bits that come with it, string mutes, ashtrays, grounding strip, documents pretty much all of the case candy etc. I will also throw in the as yet unfitted Hipshot BT3 tuner which will retro fit without any additional drilling.[/size][/font][/size][/font] [font=arial, sans-serif][size=3][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]The photos attached are the ones Karl kindly took for me and I'm almost certain he won't mind me using them. Reluctantly for sale is my Ashdown ABM 500 Evo II C410T combo complete with footswitch. The amp is in superb condition, There are a few marks on the leather on the bottom but nothing that is detrimental to the amps function and are barely noticeable and certainly aren't going to be seen by your audience. The amp itself sounds superb with no crackly pots or the like and can land an aircraft it's that loud. Loads of tonal clarity and with the EQ you can pretty much dial in any sound you could ever possibly want or need.One of the many great features is the dual pre-amp, solid state and valve, both preamps can be used at the same time and blend to give great tone and variation. The sub-harmonic generator reproduces your bass output an octave lower. To be fair this is an excellent quality amp with lots of power and great features and it comes with a genuine reason for sale, it's a big old bird and having recently sustained a back injury which has significantly weakened my back on a permanent basis this is just a little too much for me to handle. With that in mind this will be collection only or alternatively I can deliver within reasonable distance. Please excuse the current lack of photos however they will be here tomorrow morning! If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. Here's a little more information on the amp: The ABM C410-500 EVO II combo combines the features of the ABM 500 EVO II head with 4 X 10 in. Ashdown BlueLine drivers plus HF tweeter in a precision tuned cabinet. The cabinet is constructed from high-grade birch ply with properly screwed and glued joints, protected by a tough, buffalo leather cloth covering and chromed metal corners. All amplifier chassis are built from heavy-duty 16 swg zinc coated mild steel, foil lined to minimize interference, and special Ashdown-designed metal handles are used in favor of inferior flip handles which can rattle after years of use. The ABM 500 EVO II is a 575 watts RMS bi-amp bass amp head designed to satisfy both bass-purists and tech-heads alike.....

Please deal with the utmost confidence! If this Bob Glaub is any where near as good as the one I got from Karl previously this will be the highest quality and it will have been well maintained!

One more question do you have to use the specific app or will it control other apps such as Garage Band etc?!
