    i, I have on offer my1985 FENDER MIJ 75 REISSUE, it is in outstanding original condition. It hasn't been drilled for any covers, thumbrests etc' and the 3 colour sunburst is virtually faultless, I can't see any dings or marks on the body or neck. The only scuffs are on the scratchplate from playing. You all know how fussy I am with my gear and this is typical of my basses.     Does the neck have edge markers Andy? I tried a fretless once and loved it, would need to learn though so I could do with the markers.

    Here we have my USA G&L-L2000 which is in absolutely stunning condition, Tiger stripe orange. Please study the pictures to see how good this is. I believe it's around 10 years old and hasn't seen much action at all. I have just fitted a new set of Ernie Ball Slinky's and it plays amazing with a nice low action. The main reason I'm selling is that I can't get used to a Rosewood board, I'm maple through and through. I just like the action of maple much better. I suppose I should stick to what I know I like rather than trying to be different. It has had new strings and a setup, the board has been lemon oiled too. The volume pot is a tad scratchy but a squirt of switch cleaner will sort that. (I don't have any or I'd have done it) Comes with the G&L Hardcase. I'm looking for £695 delivered.     I think my thread has got so long is down to how good these basses are for 60 quid. I bought 6 in total, 2 of them are for people that didn't get one so I have 3 left if anyone else wants one. I'm keeping one for me.

    A lady who plays acoustic guitar (not well) in our band has an EKO 12 string guitar she bought new in 1967 and it still has the original strings on it, :yuk: She likes the sound of it. I think it's sh*t but there you are.

    I have a dark blue/maple board and if I had a blindfold on I wouldn't know the difference from any other P bass I have. Great value for money. Now what shall I do with the other 4

    I echo all the above, just bought a gorgeous orange tiger striped G&L USA from Kier and what a stunner! Very easy and pleasant to talk to on the phone, really well packed too. Arrived when he said it would in perfect condition. Thanks Kier, you're a star. Tom.
