I've 2 Markbass LM amps. A Tube 500 and a LMII. I don't use them for home practice as I've a TC Electronics BG250 1x15 combo for that. I have set up my MB amps at home at low volume and the fan noise is a bit annoying. Personally I don't see it as a problem because I'm expecting them to operate out of their natural environment imo. There're also the benefit that the TC amp has a aux in and a headphone out. Horses for courses in my opinion. Of course you may have a particular amp problem but if you've tried several fans it doesn't sound like it. Peter

Just spotted on eBay. 272554717898 A 34" scale TRB5 in lovely condition, good price and 'make an offer'. Collection only 😒 Or I'd be seriously tempted. He's also selling a Ken Smith and an Xotic. Anyone on here? Peter

Great pedal, best model, a classic flanger that'll do chorus. Reduced to £60 delivered to the UK. Still has warranty from purchase.

This must have been done before I guess but this morning I was walking from work (yes nights) listening to my MP3 player and I realised what did it for me. I didn't actually know such a thing as a bass guitar existed or what it sounded like if I'm honest (am I the only one?) as I was just a spotty 15 year old. Geezer Butler did it for me and he still does actually. Bloody awesome 47 years later.

I've only had this great pedal for 4 weeks. If it's so good then why am I selling it you may well ask? Because I love it, it's turned me on to Strymon so much I wanted to buy Mike's (SK8's) Strymon Orbit flanger too. Then I thought, heck just get a Strymon Mobius and I've gone down that very route. The Mobius covers both the Ola and the Orbit and much more besides so I'm selling the Ola for what it cost me, £150. That's about 1/2 new price. No box but I'll print off the instructions. In near perfect condition. Delivered to the UK for free or try in Kendal Peter

This post had me tempted but I realise I'm more than happy with my LMII and LM Tube 500. In fact it just reinforced how good they are so thank you. -

I was listening to some Tool today and I thought to myself, if I could swap places with any bassist it would be Justin Chancellor. The tone, the riffs and the music!
