  1. Indian Laurel is a shitter, which is why it hasn't been used before. In some countries it's know as 'dog turd deluxe' but I forget which. Pau Ferro however has been and as mentioned above, is between Rosewood and Ebony in terms of feel. I think it looks great in the flesh too and makes me regret not buying a Victor Bailey.
  2. Hipshots sold. Probably have the concert ticket for each of the signed items.
  3. If you haven't tried already, I'd recommend listing on TheFretboard UK forum (it's free) - Polite community and several of the longstanding members have S2s as their No. 1.
  4. A G&L I owned had a redburst similar to what you have now, but just on the plain swamp ash body... I miss that guitar.
  5. Nut width: 42mm String Spacing (Nut): 11mm String Spacing (Bridge): 19mm Neck Width (1st): 44mm Neck Width (12th): 58mm Neck Depth (1st): 18mm Neck Depth (12th): 19.5mm Frets: 100% Loom has a solderless terminal for swapping pickups.

  7. Dig it - Windmill Guitars in Bangor used to sell the guitars, so if they come up there, I'd recommend them. I bought a Peerless there and the owner added me on Facebook, in order to put a t-shirt in my size in the case. Really nice family run shop. Kithara have sold a few charity pieces with them too.
  8. Carvin SB, Kiesel JB, Peavey Cirrus, Lightwave VL in that price range. I had a Kubicki Key Factor but they're silly money now. All lively preamps with a strong B, but the Cirrus doesn't have a passive option (would need a mod) and even the 4 strings tend to be 35" scale.
  9. Thank you - I can't find a Bossa bass anywhere in the UK. I have another Bossa guitar that was Brian Monroney's (Tom Jones etc) and it's my #1 💛
  10. I'm not sure why that doesn't work for me, but it might decrease your file allocation(?). I need to go through old adverts and delete pictures to increase mine. Confused why this gear is still here... Surely someone has a teenage son or daughter that would be made up with this? Has been my main for 6 years I think.
  11. Handles a B fine, if you're a 5 or 6 string player.
  12. It's an Ibanez.
  13. Bossa OG-2 - Made in Japan by Toshio Setozaki (Osaka). The main Bossa Artists were Jay Graydon and Nate Watts.
