  4. Oil City do an 'Overkill' jazz bridge pickup that sounds like a Rickenbacker - That was the one I was thinking of (11k), as I'm not really into passive jazz pickups. Could probably make a set if you drop him a PM. He also wounds standard jazz pickups with more output called a 'Hardman'.
  5. Price drop on the Hipshots... Now half the price of a new set.
  6. They used all the stickers for the Kramer Special because they didn't think anyone would buy these pre-blowout.
  7. Strings now sold. Hipshots will come with the screws.
  8. Des bought my stash of unopened bass strings - Quick, straightforward communication and a true gent throughout, hope to buy/sell/swap toys again in future. Much appreciated - Enjoy the Rotos/Elixirs🙂!
  9. Just to confirm, the Hipshots are 'USA' and not 'Licensed', so you can switch them to the left or right of your headstock.
  10. Yep - 19mm Carvin/Hipshot and 10mm spacing at the nut
  11. Now set up with Thomastik Infeld flatwound strings in E Standard.

  13. Case is a 'Stagg ~ Universe of Music' in excellent condition.
  14. Willing to sell Jack Bruce and Chris Squire together for £100 + P&P while I'm including the Steve Harris in my 'Bargain Bass Bundle'.
  15. Haven't gotten around to taking photos of the inlay work, buts its a lot for £700.
  16. I always check profile for achievements and date joined etc before having a look through the feedback threads. Will check the Midget Cab thread as I'm not aware of what happened.
  17. I'd just use the Fender recommended measurements for their fretted basses. I have used it for my precision and its low enough with no buzz.
  18. And one o' those haemorrhoid pillows for the sore arse?
