IMHO by far and away the best amp that GK have made but nonetheless they are an old model. They aren't that rare, I've seen them come up used on a regular basis and at very reasonable prices (compared to the new one I bought 15 years ago ). I'd imagine any difference in pocket fit would be down to tool wear and tear, which would plague any manufacturer; Sadowsky may well replace tooling sooner than others, though this is just supposition. As to whether a Fender would fit I can only imagine that is purely down to the respective manufacturers dimensions... and I've NO idea if a Sadowsky and a Fender are similar dimensions! Go on Chris, you've got a couple spare planks kicking about just whip the neck off and give it a go.

Interestingly, one of the Mods over on the Warwick forum reckons that Zender can't confirm that the bass was his. [url="http://forum.warwick.de/24-basses/8697-zender-streamer-ebay.html#post143940"]http://forum.warwick.de/24-basses/8697-zen...html#post143940[/url] Personally I'd have thought that if Zender 'had' asked someone to sell it on eBay for him and had also originally offered a letter of authenticity, then Zender 'should' have found it fairly easy to confirm that the bass used to be his... you can read into that anything that you like! The seller may or may not have told a fib, either way who cares; someone has bought a nice bass and paid a decent price for it.

Below is a cut and paste from the latest sale... no mention of letter! It may well be SZ's bass and it may well be worth a lot more than the selling price, it's just another of those eBay delights.
