    I must admit... i dont totaly get it... am inforced and wanted loss of dynamic range... used to avoid Auto Recording Level on casset decks etc... can understand if ya want just a constant level...

    SR's are 38mm... Gio's are 41mm with the Gio a mm deeper... Measurements and Spec here.. https://www.ibanez.com/eu/products/category/electric_basses/ SRMD looks to be more like the SR than Gio... Love the Ibby necks, have 2x Gio 200 andca SR600

    Likes the look of a hollow body... thing that makes my teeth itch is the cuts... should be symetrical or the lower cut bigger / deeper.

    Adagio Flats at 45-100 are billed as Standard Tension... i've found not dissimilar to a 45-105 set of rounds... although i'm no string expert and have only ever used Adagio Flats on 5 Basses due to price... have tried various rounds though Roto, Dunlop, Olympia, Adagio... but all these at the lower £ end.
