1. I have the same model, but with soapbars. Same finish though (though mine's a plain mahogany) - and I think it's the nicest of all the colours they do. Have a 'great guitar' bump... Almost worth it just for the fantastic PRS gig bag.
2. Always loved the Berettas... and I'm strangely drawn to that butchered '70s Strat, even though I don't like natural finishes or maple necks - I guess it's good to know that not all the classic Fenders escaped the '80s big hair days. This one suffered so that all the suspiciously pristine ones could live. Er, or something...
3. Typical - I've just bought a brand new Behringer tuner this week. Aaaargh! Ahh well, you should shift that quickly then...
4.
I'm sure I could shave a smidgen off but it really is like new. I'm in Mytholmroyd, near Hebden Bridge. I'll be away from the computer for the rest of the night but tomorrow afternoon is possible for a viewing/try out if you want. cheers Des
Damn! I was hoping that you were going to be further away than just down the road (I'm in Todmorden). Let me know if the haggling with Steelman doesn't work out... :-)
5. Surely such a weighty bass would make you rather muscle bound? especially if you're highly strung Ahh, this could run and run - unless you cut a long story short and get it swapped out soon...
6. Wow, that's a very sparkly finish isn't it... I've not played a MM - how does it compare to a Warwick neck then?
7.
I've still got an old Levinson Blade Texas Standard Strat type guitar & that's bloody lovely as well; better than any Fender I've ever played.
Let me know if you ever want to get ride of the Strat... I've always had a soft spot for those - especially before they (I think) changed the headstock shape from 'non-Fender' to 'even more non-Fender' Er, anyway... Basses... yes...
8. Hmm... looks nice. I've only just started taking fretless er, sideways (for want of a better word) bass lessons, so I'm probably going to be out of my depth if I start messing around with uprights, aren't I? I'm near Manchester too, which makes it even more tempting. I may actually have enough guitars and basses for the moment... Oh, I really shouldn't keep coming on this forum, it's all far too tempting
9.
You have PM
If the deal works out Jam, I'm going to be driving from Lancashire to Oxford (well, Abingdon) in a couple of weeks and would be happy to act as courier.
10.
Hey Chipps, you're just down the road from me in Tod! I wonder if this is the world famous chipps of singletrack??? If so greetings from a bass playing meta 5 rider!
Well, I'm Chipps from Singletrack. Not sure about the world fame bit though A Meta 5? Nice... Let me know if you want to part ex your bass for any bike gear :-) Unfortunately I play bass as well as I ride bikes - extremely averagely... New issue out next week though. Rambling reply due to deadline tiredness... Cheers!
11. Aaargh! That's far too lovely... But I already have a four string Corvette - I surely don't need another Warwick do I?
12. Can I just say that it's great to see some decent photography on a for-sale ad? Props to your housemate's photo skills... I can only offer a swap of a PRS gold top McCarty I'm afraid, but have a free bump.

14.
It did. Withdrawn for e.bay - you've had your lot, chaps.
Did it sell then? Or is it back again?
15. I might go for it as is... What's the ebay link?
16.
It is. For an additional £15 I can get it to you by courier if the distances are too great. Go on, you want it, really you do.... Dave.
Not sure if it's the same model, but didn't a Diamond series one just go on ebay for £410? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=150316535581 'Must be a bargain' bump!
17. Sound clips would be good. Cheers (Chipps in a suit and off to a party...)
18. Looks lovely... And I'm after a fretless at the moment. I was leaning towards a Squier VM fretless though as I have a Jap Jazz too. How different to a Jazz is it? Apart from a slightly thicker neck? Just off to my works Christmas do now, so I'll have to refrain from coming home drunk and snapping it up
19. I didn't think that Italy was on the way to Solihull anyway Still a fine bass, but probably way over my limit of funds...
20. They look lovely, though a bit out of my price range at the moment. However... Unless I've missed something, you've not put his number... how can people call him up?
