    No idea what I'll bring. Most folks have seen the Brawleys, and while they are decent mid-range basses and rare in the UK, they aren't especially valuable or exciting.

    Lovely 😍. Scrolling with my phone I accidentally stopped between two photographs such that it looked (a bit) like one continuous image. And thought what the hell is that thing behind the headstock for??

    If AP is the vocalist then find another and continue as The Automatic Voles. Good name and good band. Well done. 👍 Singing isn't easy, and those who find it so and can't understand the rest of us should please try to appreciate that. I can hold a tune for about two bars, after that I am in the same league as the chap above! Like skiing, or spin bowling, or playing an instrument, you can learn and get better, but for most folks it isn't effortless.

    You could upload to YT, GoogleDrive, etc and post a link. Uploading big files to BC doesn't always work as there's a size limit.

    How about making an extension to the pickguard to cover the damage? If you could initially have it held in place by the nuts on the pots then you would avoid having to drill holes for screws, and so can try before you commit. Something in tort to match what you have?
