3.
"Sex on Fire" eh?.... well now.. take 3 of these a day with food, apply some cansten cream, avoid alcohol during the course of the tablets, and see me again if it hasn't cleared up in three weeks...NEXT!..... 4.
Probably because they get played so f*cking often on the radio, TV, tv adverts, idiots in the pub etc etc. It gets annoying hearing the same thing over and over, especially if it's a "catchy" tune. Personally, I heard it the first time and thought "that's another catchy tune form them, nice one". Now I can't stand it. Every band in the world were amazing for their first 1 or 2 albums and then "sold out" or "turned commercial" or just basically got too trendy for people who consider themselves "alternative".
I bring your attention to a certain Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Throbbing Gristle. The Stranglers.

 8. I saw Level 42 in this year for the first time and they were incredible, two years later and it would be suits, stylists, expensive videos, stadiums and the end of pogoing at their gigs. Marks' Jaydee sounded evil live. Enjoy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQEZfiOtybU...feature=related
 9.
No hands on exp with one myself, but a fellow bassist I know has one, and it sounds fantastic. He swears by it now, and it's left his (really tasty sounding) SVT2 out of service. I'm chuffed enough with my Shuttle, but those GBEs sound mega.
Are we talking about Martin from Kappa?

 19. QSC are amazing amps, I use the PLX 3102, similar to Alexs', brilliant construction, huge power and a great price. And a good guy too who's selling it.
